  I cannot recommend Stillwater Meadow enough! We were greeted with nothing but kindness, hospitality and eagerness to help in any way possible. Early on, Emma was a great help in getting us started with our first decor and logistics meetings. Also I HIGHLY recommend getting their package that includes a month-of-wedding coordinator. We had the privilege of working with Skylar and she was truly incredible! My husband and I are still astonished at how smoothly our wedding day ran and that was all thanks to Skylar’s attentiveness, proactivity and genuine care for her clients. I haven’t even mentioned how absolutely gorgeous this venue is! It truly felt family-owned and we felt right at home. If I were recommending a venue to a loved one, Stillwater Meadow would be my top recommendation with zero hesitation.

Emma is the coolest, nicest person and she will help you all along the way! My favorite part about this space is the UNIQUE elements!   Stillwater Meadow is beautiful. The chapel and reception hall are something I’ve never seen before. We had the best and most relaxed wedding I could have dreamed of. Emma made sure to be on stand by during the whole planning and questions part. Quinn was fantastic as our month of coordinator. The day of the wedding she was prompt, educated, and quick on her feet. She took care of literally anything we could have asked for. I would choose Stillwater Meadow time and time over again.

  My husband and I had our wedding here on May 9, 2026. WHAT A DAY!! They made the whole process a breeze from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding day!! Jessica was our month of coordinator and she was incredible as well. The day didn’t feel rushed or stressful. The whole staff is just amazing! 10/10 recommend this venue!!

  I am so thankful we found Stillwater Meadow. We got married in May of this year and it was the wedding of our dreams!! Emma and her team made us feel so special and at ease throughout the entire process. We saved a fortune on decor by picking from their huge decor supply room that they offer to their couples, it has items for every style and aesthetic! I highly recommend Emma as a month of coordinator. I was able to spend the time leading up to my wedding and the day itself relaxing without having to worry about any of the details. The entire property is so beautiful from the chapel to the reception hall to the many scenic areas for photos. I truly cannot imagine any other place we would have had such a perfect day. Cannot say enough good things, we love Stillwater Meadow!!!

  From a photographer's perspective, this venue is flawless! It has so many great places for photos, the lighting in the chapel is beautiful, and the unique layout of the reception hall makes for some stunning photos! Their coordinator, Emma, is also a joy to work with and did a fantastic job of coordinating the day for our couple. I highly recommend this venue and hope to work their again in the future!

  Emma and the team at Stillwater Meadow are absolutely amazing! We found Stillwater Meadow through a Google Search/The Knot Search and loved all the features from the pictures we saw online. When we finally made it out to tour the venue, the pictures that were online did not give this venue justice!! The chapel and reception hall are all handmade by their family and every piece is so beautiful and unique! Once we toured the venue, we fell in love with the idea that it gave that rustic feel, but also had the chapel aspect for the ceremony. We loved that everything we needed was onsite, from a bridal suite and a groom's suite, to the chapel and reception hall being at the same location. Another piece that helped in our decision making were all the features, inclusivity of a decor room, and pricing. The decor room in itself was massive because they had almost everything you could think of so it saved us soooo much money because we didn't have to buy as many small decorations for our tables, etc. Emma was so responsive every time I reached out with questions and the Stillwater team ensured our wedding day was a success! This is an incredible venue that treated us like we were part of their family and helped create our dream day!
