Finding a new church is very important to me as I recently moved from Louisiana. I am very impressed with St. Matthew Catholic Church. The members are very friendly and welcoming. Since I am a recent addition to their community, I have not yet joined any groups. However, their parish appears vibrant, with may ongoing activities for the young. I especially like the service with their parish priest. I enjoy how he shares his sermon with bullet points. He truly explains the readings and brings Christ's message closer to all.

Best place for adoration. Every Sunday 1pm Spanish mass. Mejor lugar para adoration. Domingo 1pm misa en español

One of the oldest, if not the oldest parish in the Tyler diocese. English and Spanish Masses on Sunday. Parishioners are friendly and welcoming. Mass schedules can be found online.

Went for a Lent fish fry Knights of Columbus was having. Everyone was very nice and the food was good too.

Priest can not speak Spanish fluently. Very poor grammar therefore very distracting and unpleasant.
