I haven't been here nor have I been to any presbyterian Church. But I feel like people don't understand why give food to the homeless. If you read in the Bible what the tithe was used for, it was used to give money to the poor. Luke 18:22

Very welcoming church! Can't go in there without multiple people coming up and greeting you. The music portions of the service are amazing and the organist is world class. Sermons are great with a wonderful pastoral staff. There's always something going on at this church and they have now just upgraded to a new directory system that makes it easy to keep in touch with everyone. Very glad to attend here.

Great church. Wonderful Christmas Eve service. My first Christmas in Texas and I've really struggled to get into the spirit this year. This service really helped me remember why we celebrate this wonderful time of year. May you be blessed and enjoy the Season.

This church does Christ’s work of caring for the poor and homeless. Those who complain (in other reviews) about this, need to examine their life. Is church a social club, or where we gather to become more Christlike and organize to serve our community. This church feeds the homeless everyday but Sunday. On the opposite side of the square, the Methodist church has a service where the homeless prepare the Sunday breakfast and give the sermon.

It's a nice church and I have family that goes here. The biggest reason for 3 stars are because of the amount of homeless people that haing around and eat at my daily bread. If it wasn't for that I would have 5 stars. It's a very nice church to go to!!

Participated in their blood drive through the Red Cross. It was good all except Joe poked me really bad! First 2 photos here show my stick all bruised still from Saturday and the last one today’s poke for lab work through another private company. You can tell the difference. That’s why I stop donating 😢 But I’ve had same bad experiences with Cater Blood Care and now American Red Cross. It’s difficult to find my veins I’ve been told but seriously be more careful at donation places or drives 😭. I am telling both #American Red Cross and #Cater Blood Care!!!

Fantastic music. Pipe organ, clarinet, trumpet and cello were played for Christmas Eve service. The pastors are excellent speakers and you will enjoy listening. They truly give freely to the community. I highly recommend this church.

Haven't attend services here but there work w/ Our Daily Bread is awesome! Meals and other services for needy.. highly recommend volunteering for this, very rewarding!

This place turned my life around. I am now with a home and job in Virginia. And looking to come back to this area. My home is a 33 foot travel trailer and i wont have a truck until spet. But look forward to finding a job there.

There is an organization that operates out of this church called Our Daily Bread. Our Daily Bread is an amazing organization for the homeless. Breakfast and lunch are served, resources are available.

Beautiful old church, wonderful preachers. Dr Culp is very engaging and animated. As a 50 year member of this church, it feels like home.

My husband and I volunteered with Our Daily Bread here on the 4th. We could not have had a better time. I highly recommend it.

They're very caring. Most of the time they have very good and they help people with a lot of other things like eyewear, medical help and referring you to other places that can help you.

ODB feeds homeless and helps with hygeine products, clothes, shoes, coats, a lot of large and medium sizes, donations . Needs small size cloths.
