I love this church. The people are the most welcoming people I've ever met and Pastor Banks is, without a doubt, the best spiritual leader/Pastor that I have ever known. I leave on Sundays feeling refreshed in the Spirit and alive for Christ. This is a place to connect with other brothers and sisters in Christ, and then take His light out into our world.

Love this church for my son and I. my 3 year old is really good with the nursery as well as the person watching over the kiddos. As for the paster, amazing. There is just something about him that makes you feel like you've known him for a really long time. The members are all very welcoming and open you with open arms. I highly recommend this church to anyone, old or young.

I loved this church and the people in it since I walked in the door! Pastor Oscar is amazing with his messages and his love for people. My daughter leaned over on our first visit and whispered in my ear, "I've never been hugged by so many people!"

Southshore Christian church is one of the first churches I visited when looking for a new church home in Corpus Christi a few years ago. The members were all very friendly and inviting and Pastor Oscar Banks always brought a message that was meaningful and relevant. I'd highly recommend anyone looking for a new church home or anyone looking to rekindle their relationship with God to stop by. You'll be glad you did.

This isn't a church. It's a community! Of men and women exactly like yourself. We are here to praise him, and then undergo some spiritual formation as well! Southshore's motto is "welcome home". Are you ready to come on home? The cows already have.
