This is a great church. Everyone is so friendly and gracious. You definitely get the feeling of family from the first visit. The children's ministry is amazing. As a member for over a decade I can't recommend this church enough.

This church has been my parents' church home for decades, and it will always hold a special place in our family's heart. When my mom passed away several years ago, Beau was a true blessing during one of the most difficult times in our lives. His kindness, compassion, and support meant more than words can express. My dad still faithfully attends and absolutely loves this church. Whenever I can, I join him to worship and spend time with this wonderful church family. Thank you for everything you have done for my family over the years. We are forever grateful.

I love worshiping God here. The congregation is very welcoming and they are accepting of everyone. The preaching is rooted in the Bible, the Elders shepherd with love and compassion, and the children's ministry is amazing. I love that every Sunday the children go up on stage to read the Bible, recite the 10 commandments, sing and pray. Come check this church out!

I have attended Singing Oaks with my family for 20 years. What drew me in then is what still draws me today; Singing Oaks feels like home. I have found the people warm, welcoming, supportive and non-judgmental. No church is perfect and you won’t find perfection here. What you will find is evidence of a church family doing their best to love God and others well. ❤️

The church claims to be working closely with officers regarding their property 801 N loop 288 but I just walked past the property and there were 3 tents still up. I have been documenting each time I walk past with videos and photos. Blue tents are up, clothes hanging on trees and further back there is another green tent. Photos have been submitted to the city for a code violation. The other night there was constant screaming and yelling for hours coming from that property which terrified my children. The police have stated that the church has decided not to press charges and has allowed them to remain there so long as they do not start a fire. That would mean they are allowing a homeless encampment and any activity taken place there they would be responsible for. The church is less than half a mile from this location, it’s hard to believe that you cannot send someone to your property and secure it. With how close it is to the actual church, someone could come by regularly. There is no excuse for this to be an on-going issue.

This church has caused nothing but major issues in my life. I have 3 children and live in the loop apartments. The church has a homeless encampment living on a property they own 801 N loop 288 which is directly behind my building. The homeless people there are not supervised and the land isn’t taken care of. They have tons of trash everywhere causing possums and other animals to come around. They yell and scream and fight at all times of the day and night and I’ve had to call the police several times as the yelling has woken up my kids from their sleep. I have a ring camera that recorded my conversation with the officers and they have found hardcore drugs back there, needles and so many other things which makes it so unsafe for me and my kids. I’ve had a $2000 Trek bike stolen from my balcony which at the time my husband used to go to work when both our cars were broken down forcing me to put something up to block off my entire balcony and add cameras and causing him to lose his job. I filed a police report on it which of course they can’t find the bike so I’m looking into legal help to sue the property owner for the bike and lost wages, as legally they are liable for any negligence in running this encampment. I’ve begged for help from my apartment complex and the police. My attorney suggested to file code violations as well so I’ve filed code violations for the property and my family members are all going to start filing them too. I’ve had the police go to request a trespass authorization order which the church decided to allow the homeless on property so I legally they are taking responsibility for their behavior since it’s on their property. This has become such an unsafe environment due to this church’s negligence. I’ve done everything I can think of to solve this issue so now my only option is to sue.

I went to wrong church to vote by accident. I needed to be across the street at Gracepoint. but this church is very nice and the Vote staff and sheriff's were very helpful. I really liked it they make you feel welcome there. I might go there to attend church. People spoke to me and I guess it was Voting Day so maybe folks were just happy. Thank you Singing Oaks Church the lady helped me find the right place for me to vote. It was just across street so no big deal but I was a bit lost. Thanks again!!!

I am very grateful for this church opening their doors to BSF for men’s, women’s and school age children during the school year on Monday nights. The church is clean, well cared for and they have done lots of updates. The parking lot is well lit and the doors are all very secure.

It is absolutely appalling what the elders of this church have decided to do with their daycare program simply because of their own greed. How are you going to continue to spread the Gospel and spread his Goodness by closing down this …
