1st time on Easter at the contemporary service at 8:30. I was overjoyed at the music being played by the praise band. I had just heard same song when I parked . I received a gift bag that had a pouch of friendship tea and it is lovely! Also there were many in the congregation that introduced themselves and welcomed me. Both pastors spoke with me in an engaged manner. I thoroughly enjoyed every minute there. I was blessed by special breakfast of pancakes and fruit in the hall. I expected a tiny congregation but found it mid sized perfect like the stained glass in the sanctuary. Anyone questioning the acceptance there will be delighted as I was.

Love this church!! Very family oriented church. They make me feel so welcomed and like family. Went to other churches in this town and they all felt like I wasn't welcome. Other churches have their group friends and ignore the newcomers well not United Methodist Church you are family the minute you walk in the door.They accept you and talk to you and invite you to all the church activities from day one.

I love this Church, unfortunately we were there for a funeral that Pastor Francis Eulogized which was absolutely beautiful and she did a great job. I attended this Church years ago when I lived in the little one exit royse City. My son and grandchildren attend this Church and I am going to start going back there again!

After visiting several churches, we settled in at this one. It is a very welcoming atmosphere, where everyone is invited in. There are two services on Sundays, a modern one with a praise band at 8:30, then the classic style traditional one with a choir at 11:00. Pastor Chris is engaging and knowledgeable. There is a real sense of community.

The congregation is so friendly. They make you feel right at home. Pastor Chris delivers good services. The church building is beautiful.
