I died to myself and now I’m picking up my cross daily to follow Jesus. Thank you Jesus for giving Pastor Rey the vision and courage to carry out your will to bring other people such as myself to you. I’m 18 months clean and sober now because of the Rise Church/Man’s Home and now I know change isn’t easy but it’s worth it. Thanks Pastor Rey for your yes along with the whole organization.

  I was first drawn to Rise Church because I was looking for a place where I could truly encounter God, not just attend a service. I wanted a church that felt real, welcoming, and rooted in truth—somewhere I could grow spiritually and feel connected, and not lost in the crowd. The community has supported me, prayed with me, and reminded me that I’m never walking alone. What I love most about Rise Church is the sense of family.   My wife gave her life to Jesus Christ. I wanted to see what and where she was getting her faith built and feed at, so I decided to join her at rise church. When I say I’ve experienced freedom from bondage I never knew I was carrying, it was like no other. Since then I’ve become a member and serve at rise church. Trough rise church cause of Jesus I’ve seen my family give there life to Christ. So thankful for the church it’s people and the leaders god is using to change life’s!!!

  I came to Rise Women’s Home broken. I was battling depression, rejection, grief, loss, abuse, and trauma that led me down a path of alcoholism and eventually homelessness. I had lost everybody and everything!myself included.Deep down, I was just hoping to find peace, purpose, and a reason to keep living. I needed healing in my mind and restoration in my heart. My time here has transformed me completely. My mind is the sharpest it’s ever been. I see God every single day in the small moments, the prayers, the lessons, and the breakthroughs. I’ve learned to hear His voice, to trust His process, and to walk in my purpose.He’s not just healed me He’s renewed me from the inside out. The staff, leaders, and sisters at Rise have been my family. Their love, prayers, and accountability have shown me what true community looks like. They believed in me when I didn’t believe in myself, and they’ve walked beside me through every step of healing. Through them, I’ve experienced the heart of God steady, patient, and full of grace. I love that Rise is more than a program it’s holy ground.Yo!!!God lives here His presence is felt in every corner of this home. Rise has helped me become the daughter my mother always desired, the mother my children deserve, and the wife my husband can build a future with. It’s been the foundation that God used to rebuild my entire life. I just want to tell you that’s reading this…that Rise is where heaven touches earth.   I started going to Rise church, June 2021. I moved here from out of state and I was looking for a place where I could experience the presence of God and that felt like community. I found that here! Rise is down to earth, non judgmental and these are all reasons I would tell anyone who is looking to visit. There really is freedom where the presence of God is-COME AND SEE for yourself!

  Rise has helped me grow by meeting new people who love Jesus who have become family! It’s truly a place where you become family with each other, and care about what’s going on in your personal lives as well, not just on Sunday. The pastors and leaders have helped me understand and learn the Bible by example. They have servants hearts that are willing to help and pray with you when things get heavy, or just in general. I love this place because of the people. To anybody visiting I would tell them you’ll feel the Holy Spirit when you walk through the door!

  I’ve been going to Rise Church since 2020, and from the moment I turned the building corner and walked in, I was greeted with love and felt welcomed. I just knew this was the place for me. The Holy Spirit is truly moving in this church! You don’t feel judged when you come , you feel right at home. The Pastors and leaders here truly walk with God and are Spirit-led in everything they do. Rise is about souls and reaching everyone with the love of Jesus.   I have been at Rise for almost 4 years. I love my Rise family. Rise has helped me in so many areas in my life. The message speaks to me everytime. The pastors all speak where you are able to understand and relate. I am a member and I serve as a greeter. I have been in life groups since I started at Rise. Everyone is so welcoming. No matter where you are in life, Rise is home. You are treated like family and they are always willing to help. The discipleship homes are such a blessing to those looking for a different way to live life. From addiction, depression, alcoholism, just being broken, they are there with open arms to help. Thank you Rise church for giving me a home.

  Rise Church has had a powerful impact on me since I started coming here. I believe that every person needs to have a church home because everyone needs to belong somewhere and be part of a local family that supports them…where they can learn and grow. That’s exactly what this church has been for me. The Word of God is always being taught and preached and not only that, it’s also being lived out every day by the people here and the leaders. I’ve learned so much about myself and about God here. It’s not a lot of heavy religion and complicated stuff, but just the basics of the teachings of Jesus…love, faith, hope, joy, obedience discipleship.
