There is a city ordinance for noise. You guys are extremely loud and it’s bothering me and the other neighbors that live in the neighborhood! Please be considerate. After 10 AM you are allowed to make as much noise!

I came to Promiseland Church when I was only 18 years old! A friend invited me, and I had no idea the wonderful things that would happen to me, in me, and for me at Promiseland! I was lost, empty, and looking for guidance and real love! I found all this and so much more, at Promiseland Church! I've never been lied to, disappointed, or misguided by the leadership of our church. Instead, I have always found kindness, love, wisdom, and prayers for me & my family there. Yes, the Word of God is taught there, as it is in the Bible! Yes, the Holy Ghost is present at every service, so needs are met, the anointing of God is powerful there! They were so right, repenting, being baptized in the name of Jesus DID wash away my sins and make me new, along with being filled with God's Spirit! Such a great experience that I can enjoy the lasting results of every day! Critics come and go, they don't change the truth about this place or the wonderful, loving, genuine Christians there- it's still alive, still exciting, still beneficial to my soul, and I'm not leaving! 45 years there, no reason to go anywhere else! I know God's best for me,and I love it!

A church that will go to battle for you spiritually! Like any church, you get more value when you plug into it. This church has a legacy and has challenged me and my family to grow our faith and share it with others. We love serving our church family and guests! Jesus and the Bible are the 🪨 here not fanfare! …

From the daughters of Betty Jacobs My mother Betty A. Jacobs attended your church for over 50 years. Mother tithed and gave offering even before feeding her own family. I remember many dinners of beans and potato's because mother needed to pay her tithes to the church first! Her life was not easy. She Passed away 1/6/2024. It started out with the pastor Schule's wife making some very bad assumptions when my mother had Dementia and Alsheimer's. Instead of doing this in a private setting she did it at a birthday party. Mother was very ashamed of her diagnosis and begged us not to tell anyone about it. Well, my child was forced to say something when Schule's wife was so insistent that my mother was in danger. My sister and I called the church requesting a call back. This call was NEVER returned. Mrs. Schule's, If you were so concerned about my mother why did you NOT pick up the phone to check on her? Why did you not get the authorities involved if you really had concerns? My mom was very well taken care of for the past 4 years as her memory faded and didn't always remember who I was or where she was. I called several times requesting prayer. Those calls were never returned either. So, came the time of her death. Moms LAST WISH was to have her service at Promiseland. That was her home for over 50 years and she PAID her dues there. My sister and I could not take a breath trying to get mom's service scheduled. Only to be told that Promiseland had to put it on the agenda in their next meeting to decide if they were able to offer the church or services to honor our mother. 12 days after mom's death we got a call saying that Promiseland decided that we could use the church to honor mother. We respectfully declined. We never asked for anything FREE. We were very willing to pay the church for the time that we used it. But, a time limit was put to 2 minutes if anyone wanted to share a memory and we would have to turn in what was being said before the service. This is wrong in so many ways. Brother Phillips would have had NO Meeting!! The answer would have been YES right away. He would be ashamed how this family was done by the church. Karen Phillips Thank you for your calls. They meant the world to me. They helped me get through the first few days after moms death. Your parents were loved by mom! Even with her Dementia and Alsheimer's she watched the services for your parents online. Thank you for watching mom's service. That meant alot to us. Darleen Wirasnik Crews, Susan Wallingsford, Julie Parish, I understand you were not able to travel to West Columbia for moms service. But, we want to thank you for watching it online and showing up to lay her to rest at the cemetery. Mom loved the 3 of you!! Our Angels were Brother and Sister Johnson of Lighthouse UPS Church in West Columbia Texas for calling North Carolina and Praying momma's lasts prayer on this earth with her. They prayed my momma into heaven. They opened their church to us to Honor our mother and they will always be LOVED for that. They even drove to Austin to lay mom to rest in her final resting place. They accepted NO $$!!! This is what a preacher does. This is what a church does. Momma was not even a member there. Don't do this to your members and their families at the hardest time of their lives. You only made this harder on our family and we were NOT able to honor mom's last wishes. We tried hard. If you do not allow this post. I will get my message across for my momma!! I will walk back into Promiseland 1 more service and I will be heard! Other than that NONE of our family will ever step foot in that church again!! YOU DID MY MOMMA WRONG and you have alot to learn from BROTHER Kenneth Phillips!! Let him lead you because you are NOT doing it right!! In the end you will answer to god! The family of Betty Jacobs Daughters: Chris Tidwell and Janice McConnell This is being posted on mom's facebook because the church has not approved the post on Church Promiseland facebook page.

Pastor Shules is outstanding. It is a Spirit filled Church. Have attended for over 15 years. Was married here, baptized here, and burial service will be held here. Can't say enough about how wonderful services are.

I don’t think I can remember a time feeling at ‘Home’ walking into a church I’ve never been to before. Church is full of imperfect ppl-I get it. There’s ups & down like every other place. But, the kindness and gratitude they showed me wasn’t a show. They were engaging and happy to see a new face when ppl are finally getting out. Isabelle was truly a kind soul. I appreciate that and really needed to not watch church in my jammies by myself anymore-lol:)

Started here about five years ago and glad I did! I get overwhelmed when visiting large churches, but this one is different. They aren't in your face. You're considered family. They show you love and sincerity. There seems to be something going on every week so I can get involved wherever I want. The church reaches out to the community and its members. I'm involved with ADRN because of PromiseLand. This is a relevant church for the age we live in. I like their saying "Easiest place to find. Hardest place to leave."

Best place to receive the true word of the Lord. The Holy Spirit flows during praise and worship. You will never leave the same as when you came. I call Promiseland Church my HOME!

I would avoid it. I attended a number of years ago and there was an arrogance in the leadership that was stronger than what you see in most churches. Also, they are very big on demanding money. I've literally heard criticism, from the pulpit, of people who only give 10% of their income. "Some of you are squeaking by with the bare minimum...." Find something else to do on a Sunday. It'll be way cheaper and you'll have a much better time.

My granny (Stephanie Smith Turner) attended this church .She watched randy and karen grow up while under the direction of pastor Phillip's. I can remember her saying that she has become the biblical mother, wife, granny ,and friend because of Gods messages thru pastor Phillip's. The one thing that stays with me more than anything else is her stories . The story of how everyone can question what church to go to or if the bible is real . If the preacher is teaching correctly . "Her answer was always the same " ? Pastor Phillip's preached surmons to me when I was 19yrs old about things that I have watched come to past . "I have lived through fulfillment of prophecy". Things like the scanners. The open homosexuality. The United states being a third will country China being the super power .these are just a few things that I remember.

Do not let the music, lights, and "special" guest ministers fool you... i came to this church expecting spiritual growth and fellowship.. instead all i got was the so called minister's cold shoulder at the alter and disappointment.. obviously all a show for the cameras, social media, and extra donations.. very disappointed and let down.. 1 John Chapter 4 1 Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.
