Me and my family was turned away . For food I have a pregnant teen . They said I live out of tge zone when on your sight has my area code im 8 mins from this food pantry and they said they could help me I need food for my four kids. Wrong . They need to look on there computer post area codes they except for staff to be trained on how this program excepts people in right area codes they except . Not turn people away without looking on computer first

Everyone is so wonderful and welcoming daughter did volunteering hours there and they treat her like family and always looking on the positive side. Ms. Danielle and everyone are truly a blessing and a major part of the community.

A very efficient and caring establishment in our neighborhood! I love the staff! I love to help any way I can if needed.if anyone every needs to unload household and people closets?! Feel free to bless this site! They make sure everyone gets what they need in times of short funding.job loss.holidays.i was gratefully blessed to know Anna the supervisor cared about me and called me to check on me when I was sick thank you all! Good place to visit if you live in Balch springs and in need of food. Plenty of food and you can go twice a week in emergency cases you may even be able to go 3 times. On my first visit I saw people donating bags so I started saving bags to donate, if you happen to have any laying around please consider to donate them.🙂 …

The staff & MGMT is ALWAYS very welcoming & helpful. I am ALWAYS being blessed w/food, clothes, etc... there's something for EVERYONE.

No appointment very kind people just need an ID and live in balchsprings. Not always a big selection but if you're hungry you'll leave there with enough to last a week or 2

Friendly Staff, Big Variety Of Frozen Meats, Milk, Eggs, Canned Vegetables And Meats, Dried Beans, Rice, Pasta And Cereals. They Even Had Dried Pet Food And Snacks. They Were Only Lacking On Fresh Fruits And Vegetables And More Drink Options.... Enjoy Your Blessings On This Given Day 🙏🖤🦇🦇🦇🖤🙏

Just a word of warning, folks: no one is wearing masks in this place anymore. No more drive-thru, anymore, either....I guess COVID just doesn't exist anymore, right? Folks who are high-risk don't need food during a recession, right? UNACCEPTABLE. I walked in the door and right back out. There is absolutely NO reason why I should be seeing noses and mouths when community transmission is at its highest. This new variant is HIGHLY contagious and isn't affected by current antibodies. Have a side of deadly illness with your emergency food, y'all...

I live 1mile from this pantry and can't get help for me and my family. I work weekdays and can't visit any other locations because they are Monday through Friday. Truly disappointing and frustrating.

There are very blessed people there and I have been going to the center since I lived in Balch Springs and enjoy going there to get food, I have also donated to the facility and the women's center next door, I feel like I have been blessed for going to them.

Honestly if anybody who lives in balch springs Texas niece assistance with food this is the place to go they take care of you and there's always clothes and other things you can look at while you're there

They are real sweethearts. And they give a good variety of food to get you thru the week. Alot of friendly people and a park for the kids right outside

No one showed up to open the door on Wednesday b4 Thanksgiving nor the Saturday after. Many disappointed individuals, especially elderly.
