I’ve been attending NorthRock Church for a year now and I love it so much! Everyone is so friendly and I love the NR community. I’m from Buda so I drive about a little over an hour to get there, but it is worth the drive every weekend! All of the speakers (lead pastors, other campus pastors, guest speakers, etc) are outstanding. They do amazing services every time, and they do a great job blending the scripture with the message. I’m also thankful for the note pages they hand out before service starts because it helps me follow along with the sermon, and it gives me something tangible to share the sermon with others. And the worship is phenomenal! I could go on and on about NRW because the worship team is amazing. I’m super happy that they started releasing original music because the songs are moving, they are written from scripture, and I listen to them all of the time (they have stayed in my top three artists on Apple Music each month of 2026 so far). More importantly, even though I’ve been a Christian my whole life, NorthRock has deepened my faith and helped me grow in my relationship with Jesus. I truly believe that He was speaking through Pastor Jonathan’s messages, and I’ve felt His presence so much that I was moved to get baptized during baptism weekend this April. Now I’m serving on the production team (I just did my first weekend) and I love it! Overall, I’m so grateful for everything He has done for me through NorthRock Church, and I’m blessed to call NorthRock Church home.

My favorite church in San Antonio, so organized, everybody is so friendly, great sermons, the lead pastor is so unique, the anointment is huge, in a down earth way , simple , powerful full of grace.. the way it should be....every time I get the chance to be in town, this is the place that I'm looking for. The holy Spirit has always something for me in here.... God bless

We came back after about one month because we truly like northrock.. but I absolutely don’t like how the pastor misses so many Sundays.. I come to church to see the pastor in person, be in a godly environment. We watched the pastor leave after baptism and now we are watching him on a screen. I get emergencies, breaks, vacations.. but he never been to a church where a pastor isn’t there 80% of the time.. the childcare is great, that’s a reason we decided to stay here but I have a hard time coming to a church to watch a screen when I can do that at my house online..

I learned about your church through Britton Moore from the voice and since then i follow you on line every Sunday. I love very much how oastor Jonathan does the sermons and especially can't wait to listen to worship team singing beautifully worship songs especially Britt, he's very talented and faithful i love him so much and is always a blessing and a pleasure to hear him sing. Love your church.

I LOVE MY CHURCH SO MUCH! So thankful to have found NR over 3 years ago! The worship is amazing and spirit led. The sermons are downloaded straight from Heaven! Being able to have a community and place to serve has been life changing! Very thankful for Freedom small group which help reignite my faith! Forever changed by this house! All I will say if you’re having any doubts or not sure if you want to visit, just COME AND SEE for yourself! 🤍✨

Thank you Northrock for taking care of my Autistic son on Sundays so me and my wife can worship and hear the word of God. God bless this church! We travel from Lytle because this church does good with kids. At first I did feel a little unwelcomed because they wanted us in the "baby section" now my little girl is 1 so she goes to her own little class. This church is awesome but it is very packed now at 10am and 1130am.

I am thankful to call NorthRock Church home. While it can be overwhelming to come alone, the way I found community was through small groups and serving. I love that there is a diverse demographic of attendees - plenty of families, students, and young adults, all in different walks of life and in different stages of their faith journey. Come and see what’s going on at NorthRock :)

I was debating on writing this review, but i have decided to share my experience because it weighed heavy on my heart. My friend took me to NorthRock Church for the first time, and honestly, I left with a lot of concerns about Pastor Jordan. The whole service felt like one big contradiction. He kept talking about not judging people, but then spent a good chunk of the time saying things that felt condemning toward gay and “sexually confused” people. It didn’t sit right with me at all. If the church wants to keep people coming, this really isn’t the way to go about it. The message felt inconsistent and pretty judgmental. I don’t think I can come back after that. He mentioned saying that Jesus does not judge so we shouldn’t judge but we should examine. And what should we do with examination? Overall this church did not feel welcoming and seemed to only welcome those they deemed fit their standards.

Thank you North Rock My Name Frances I am honored & very pleased to have visit your church i was invited by one of your members ( Julie ) she asked me to join her for prayer this past week which was at 7am i was lucky enough to make my way there for the last 2 days, & let me tell you it was just prayer & a few songs, & few words & the experience was unbelievable i was touch by holy spirit something i had never felt before that day i cried & sang & i lifted my hands i wanted to jump on stage and sing away the feeling was so powerful & beautiful the whole experience was worth getting up at 530am i honestly felt the presence of god everywhere thank you so much, my only regret was & is that i waited til the last 2 days to finely get up ,& go 😔 but definitely looking forward in going on Tuesdays for prayer.. I do currently attend my own church but look forward in attending more services & prayer day when can... ❤️ God Bless you'll & may god continue to use you'll to reach many more souls.. 🙏 ✨️ ❤️
