I enjoy this church a lot. My personal preference is to stay focused on the Gospel and to do so in a spiritually uplifting and inspirational way. By contrast, this church approaches the faith as more of an intellectual pursuit, going …

We visited this church for over a year. We love the expository preaching. (Sadly, very, very few churches teach verse by verse, which is most important to my husband and I.) We love all of the ministers and their teaching styles. This is a Spirit lead church. We are thankful for NorthPointe and it being so close in Burleson. I highly recommend it and their small groups (Sunday school for OT.) Although the "praise" music is better than most we've experienced, (we don't care for the typical "praise" music - but it isn't about us), they do have at least one or two rich hymns sprinkled in. The worship leader is a woman, which the Bible doesn't speak against. She is spirit filled and genuine. God bless her for letting Him lead, and for putting in more of the wonderful hymns. I was raised Baptist but realized in my 20s that it's not about the political domination. It's about the studying His Word in fellowship with other believers, having a daily relationship with Him through prayer and studying the Bible. The typical "feel good" surface messages don't grow you or inspire you to dig deeper. As Matthew 7 says, most want to be spoon feed, and are happy with their once a week Bible encounter, never picking it up until the next week. He will say, "I never knew you.“ My friend, if you don't read / study and pray every day or more! You don't have a relationship with our creator and Savior, you are a Christian in name only and will NOT go to heaven. Jesus gave His life! If there is no relationship or sacrifice on your part, what have you done to even respect His free gift. We should at least give Him more than one hour a week. Come to this church and learn more. You will finally understand what it really means to be a Christian and have an abundant life in Christ. (It is not about money. Any group that tells you that are false leaders.) God loves you and wants to know you better. Come serve Him and have a life changing relationship you will never regret.

Will reserve a higher score for another trip. Place was packed which I hope is a good sign. I assume this was not their normal music group since it is a holiday weekend. A lady sang, a bunch of guitars, and some guy doing some percusions. We sang one song I knew. Also, the pastor did not speak so I can't judge the preaching. I did notice the one guy who greeted people said he was en elder. Not used to that in a Baptist church. I like to see deacons. Also, at the end there was not an invitation to pray or get saved or whatever. I have never seen that in a Baptist church, ever. Not the same as when I was a member there 40 yrs ago.

My wife and I have visited North Pointe Church several times and have generally had a positive experience. However, we decided to attend on the Sunday after the tragic death of Charlie Kirk as an inspiration to recommit our faith through his example. Upon arrival, I was shocked to see absolutely no memorial in the lobby or sanctuary to honor this Man of God who gave his life spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Throughout the service I was waiting for something to honor his life and sacrifice. You could easily see that the congregation was hurting with some even openly sobbing. This could have been a wonderful opportunity to inspire a hurting congregation about being courageous in one's faith even in the face of death like Charlie and Stephen from the Bible. Instead we were presented with a pathetic sermon about obedience in the workplace from a pastor who thought he was more of a comedian then a theologian. Their cold indifference in not addressing one of the most tragic spiritual events of our time was very disheartening. So, if You are looking for a Bold unapologetic, Spirit filled church, I strongly recommend you keep looking because in my opinion North Pointe Church in Burleson is NOT it!

We visited Northpointe FBC today and enjoyed a great biblical sermon on waiting. We were however disappointed to see a lady in skin tight blue jeans functioning as “worship leader.” It is sad to see the compromise that continues to creep into our historically conservative Bible based churches. Women have a beautiful place in the body of Christ, but God says not in public leadership roles and not attired in such immodest clothing.

I haven't attended church services here BUT I did rent out their space for a music recital and I had the best experience! Very competent staff, showed up on time, extremely helpful and accommodating, and a great renting price. If you need to rent a space for your event, highly recommend.

Place can’t be trusted, especially with your kids. While attending a church event, fake allegations were made up. My child was interrogated by a church helper without consent of a parent. It was then reported to an agency outside of the church by an employee who didn't talk to the parents or the child.

Unfortunately I was only there to pick up my neighbors daughter , who had been working as polling assistant. But they have a nice well lit parking lot.
