I called ahead and spoke to Pastor Timothy Perea to ask for permission to offer free medical insurance and affordable internet to any interested food drive participants and was granted permission. Although I rushed over from another food drive I had attended, I arrived at least 20 minutes late. I couldn't find Pastor Timothy Perea (I'm sure he was busy tending to all the behind the scenes obligations that food drives usually consist of) and I would just like to thank all the volunteers I came in contact with, from a little boy who couldn't be older than 10 years old, that was there accompanying his parents who were volunteering to the oldest gentleman that I believe was Pastor Timothy Perea's father... Everyone was extremely nice and helpful and welcoming and despite being extremely busy getting the food drive to run smoothly they ALL helped me achieve what I was there for despite my tardiness and without making me feel worse than I already did for not being on time. I wish I didn't live so far away because I'm sure I would enjoy services there. This review is about 5 months late but the sentiment is still as strong. Thank you Pastor Timothy Perea to you and to everyone there for helping me and for helping get much needed food to your community. Hope I'm able to stop by again.
