  I’ve been in corpus for about two years for school, New life church offers something different compared to other ministries. The people here care. The young adult ministry has strong leadership connects with the TAMUCC campus students. I received salvation on November 19, 2024 at a young adult event called NIGHTS, the people that came along with stepping into Gods kingdom have helped me to grow in my faith. Pastor Mikes messages, and other pastors, always point back to the cross, surrendering, and repentance. They call out sin boldly and make it known what path to take by presenting scripture in not only the English, but sometimes explaining the Greek and Hebrew words within the text that have significance. This is my home

  Great church community. I’ve been attending for a month and always feel welcome. Their student ministry in the local schools and on campus at TAMU CC is changing lives and it’s awesome to see so many people getting baptized.

  The young adult group is very weird. My daughter had an experience where they would only be nice to her and talk to her to get her to go to church. Then at the church, they would leave her by herself and go talk to everyone else. Not introducing her to others or including her in conversations. My daughter has bad social anxiety so it’s hard for her to talk to new people. She even tried to go to a few “home groups” but their attitudes were the same. My daughter reaches out to two girls during the winter because she wanted to hang out and show them her Bible. They never replied. Definitely a clique church, you have to have been going here for years in order for people to think you deserve to be spoken to.

  Jesus-centered group of believers dedicated to displaying GOD's Life in the Corpus Christi community. All ages, all stages, all races, all social strata. Deep, prolonged worship and solid Biblical instruction. Mature, Spirit-led leadership focused on living the Christ-Life & impacting the culture with the Kingdom of GOD. If the Lord wants you to join this Christian fellowship, you will love it. New Facilty exterior under development. Parking attendance operational due to size of congregation. Sunday Morning Worship Services at 9 & 11. 04/2026 update: Still going and growing. Many families and young (new generations) commiting lives to following Jesus and publicly being baptized on stage. Come and see what our living GOD is doing in Corpus Christi.

  Great very clean and nice view of the stage no matter where you sit. There were plenty of tv screens to see the words to the song they were singing. The sound system was loud so I couldn't get all the vocals of every person singing when they did their solos. I was a first time visitor I was welcomed by one person walking through the door but it didnt feel like home. I base this off of how welcomed the staff makes me feel especially being a first time guest first experiences are crucial. I attend a church out of state so this review may be bias I've attended that church for 3 years and sometimes comparison isnt always the best way to review. But if I can get caught up in worship and I can be vulnerable and cry there just something that tells me Jesus called me to be apart of this collective body of his people. Either way if you go here or another church the message is always follow him.

  There's so much wrong with this church. They host guest speakers at their church and then charge money to hear them speak in direct violation of Jesus's command to freely give. They platfrom proven false prophets and teachers like Todd White and refuse to publicly repent. They let people take communion with no regard for anyone's standing with God. Also, they have women Pastors, which the Bible forbids.

  My daughter has been attending sense 2023, she was saved and convicted of her life of sin against an Almighty God, repented and received the Lord! Pastors said the truth of the Bible not adding anything to the word or taking away! She has found amazing community in there youth ministry and they did an amazing job helping her transition to there college ministry. She was received with open arms by amazing girls and I’m constantly taking her to all the community events! 😆🙌 love it here

  Dud not like this place. Nobody even said hi. Food truck outside to purchase food and refreshments.
