I'll have to come back when I have more time. An absolute beautiful place to visit. I passed through on a weekend and saw lots of park Rangers there giving demonstrations and doing tours. If you have any interest in Texas history this should be on your list of places to visit. Take your time and take a tour. Then go out on your own and walk around the whole complex. You could spend a lot of time taking in the scenery and the history of this place. It's hard not to feel the presence of all the people that have had their lives changed here.

Spent 3 days here for my daughter's birthday weekend and we loved it! Been here before, so we were looking forward to staying at this beautiful park again! 🏕 Park staff were friendly, nice and helpful 👍🏼 Clean campsites, restrooms/showers 👍🏼 Quiet atmosphere and there were things to see and do! 🚴🏻♀️🐦⬛🌳🏞⛪️🌠📸🚶🏻♀️ One of our favorite Texas State Parks🇨🇱🏕

Beautifully kept historic landmark. Grounds were impeccably maintained and the mission is beautiful to behold at sunset. Hope to visit again to explore at our leisure, as we arrived late in the day.

If you enjoy Texas history or just history in general this is a must see stop whilst in the Goliad area. The entire Mission takes about an hour (give or take) if you read all the information and details of the Mission and corresponding histories regarding the day to day operations. The grounds are beautiful and the Mission offers lots of authentic relics and reproductions of day to day items and equipment used in the Mission Espiritu Santo. I definitely recommend!

This state park is quite large, but I only visited the church. It's very simple and only has historical value.

This state park is absolutely awesome especially for the day tripper in Texas. If you enjoy history and the Lone Star state go for it. Also camping was provided but restricted. Plenty of deer we saw before the tour, also several clean restrooms.

Visited Mission Espiritu Santo in July during my Texas History roadtrip. Was a cool experience getting to walk through the mission and see the grounds. I don't have pictures available from inside the museum but there was alot of great information and I believe they are adding to the collections. Getting to wear the chain mail and helmet was awesome and drastically cooled me down from the 100 degree weather. If you are visiting Goliad I would recommend adding this Mission to your list of things to do.

Historic place where people can see chirch built in 1730! Park has nice campground and walking trails.

History History History love it this is a must for anyone once your done looking and reading about all the amazing history of th ed mission take a walk on the wild side 😎🤘 it's an amazing nature walk full of Texas trees and plenty with all the creepy crawlies who knows you might see Big foot🤯 jk jk 😜 but for the price you cant beat it's fun for all the family and friends let's all keep history alive for are future generations.
