We love Midway Church. We have been members for over 25 years now and this place is home for us. After my son's injury, this church wrapped around us like a warm blanket when we needed it most. Pastor John preaches sound biblical sermons and over the years, the church has grown consistently. Very appreciative for this body of believers who have grown with us in our faith.

Let me just start with this church when I started going was an amazing church to go to the youth pastor was amazing and the group leaders in youth were amazing as well. When I graduated high school I transferred into the young adults class, going to the young adults class was okay at first until I realized that I was being secluded by “the group of girls” and was always given weird looks and not very nice interactions with them. Which led me to leaving the church. Which is very sad and you wouldn’t think that after all these years of going to midway I would be treated like this. After a couple years of off and on going to “big church” I had my grandmother pass away and was required to move out of my house so I contacted the church to see if anyone was willing to let me stay with them u til I had gotten my inheritance and found an apartment which at most was going to be 2 weeks which was then let known how long, how I was willing to pay rent and also help around the house if need to be. I completely understand that it is not the churches responsibility to “help” and “do it for you” but if I’m actively texting and calling the church seeing if there are any updates I should not be given the cold shoulder and basically saying “we do t want to help” and that is how it 100% came off. To add when I started going to this church it was Baptist and they changed it to non-denominational to get more people in because they are “money hungry” which is very weird because when I decided to become a member they had said they were Baptist but they tell people they are non denominational. Kinda weird. Right? When the pastor was explaining it to people how they are not southern Baptist and don’t go around calling people brother that brother this that should’ve been my first red flag joining this church because why are you being judgmental in front of people that you are trying to get to join the church. Just weird and disgusting behavior from people here and I definitely would not recommend this church to anyone. 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

The people I've meet haven't been very welcoming and seem to change things that have been said by the Elders.

Our family of six stumbled upon Midway Church in Pilot Point, TX, and it's been our sanctuary ever since. It's like a lighthouse in the Celina, Prosper, Aubrey, Pilot Point area, its beacon guiding us towards spiritual growth, community involvement, and pure, simple biblical truth. The sermons speak directly to my heart. They're not just the usual discourse but conversations that root scripture in real-life situations, creating life-changing insights that stay with us long after we leave. They're not just Sunday sermons but lessons for life. And our four children? They can't get enough of Midway's Sunday School. Every Sunday morning, they bound out of bed, eager to immerse themselves in the vibrant, engaging Bible stories and activities that the church offers. It's not just learning, it's an adventure they look forward to every week. If you're looking for a church in Pilot Point, TX that feels like home, that understands the importance of family, community, and spiritual enrichment, come join me and my family at Midway Church. It's more than just a place of worship - it's a community where everyone is welcomed, valued, and loved. -cg

The people at Midway are super friendly and inviting. After getting connect, the pastor has reached out to us multiple times and we truly feel connected on a personal level. Great church service and many opportunities to serve.

We started here some years ago when church was held in the gym. My girls were getting older and they wanted to move closer to home with kids they knew. We attended today, instead on watching on YouTube. I still got that same great feeling and so did my family. The sermons are about current situations in life that most need to know but can't put into words. My son didn't recall being here before but he listened and wasn't making excuses to go to the restroom out of boredom. He also enjoyed and understood what was being taught. At 13 yrs old that's a feat in itself. We are definitely going back to our roots! Thanks for a great start to father's day!

My wife and I love this congregation! The friends we've made, the ministries we're able to serve in, and the life group we are a part of all have served to grow us in our relationship with God as well as our relationship with each other (both as a family unit and congressional). The kids and preschool ministries have been a blessing to our children in teaching and explaining the basics of being a Christ follower. The youth ministry builds upon this foundation to get the junior high and high schoolers to think critically about their faith and encourages them to dive deeper in their relationship with, and understanding of, God. The pastors on staff care and don't come off as aloof. The sermons are on point and challenging (as they should be if we are to grow in our relationship and understanding of God). The greatest thing we've come to find with Midway is that there is somewhere to get plugged and grow if you are willing. My family and I have been blessed to call this place home and the people family for the past three years. If you're looking for a congregation to call family and a place to belong, come check out this chuch.

Ok, yes I’m one of the pastors at Midway. Maybe I’m a little biased but I love our church! We are focused on God’s Word and how it impacts our lives - real life in our wold, today. Midway is a place where families are welcome and kids are important. We value our community and consider it a privilege to serve our neighbors the way Jesus modeled. We are a welcoming and warm congregation of people who care about one another. Here’s the great thing, though - we love new people to jump in, too. Live in the Aubrey/Pilot Point area? Come check us out!

There is a lot to love about Midway Church! They are humble people serving Jesus from the depths of their heart. The children and youth ministries are strong and there are many adult groups available for everybody to grow in their faith and build great relationships. I feel like we are having a big impact in our community and throughout the world. We are so glad we made Midway our Church home.

Saw my granddaughter get baptized there. Big church, but people were friendly and seemed really happy.

A great church full of people from all different backgrounds, but have Christ in common. This church is a family and loves people well! The teaching is accurate to Scripture and the worship is varied and passionate. The staff is great and welcoming, and the opportunities to serve and grow are abundant!

My family of 6 has been attending for a little over 2 years. This is a genuine body of believers, real people striving to know God’s word and apply it to their lives. We have always felt welcome and loved! It’s a great place for all ages with fun programs for the kids as well!

Our family loves Midway Church! Midway is a place to learn more about Jesus, and grow in fellowship with other believers. I especially love the Pre-K and Children’s ministries that actually teach the children about the character of God and help grow their biblical knowledge. I’ve seen my three kids flourish at Midway. The preaching is biblical and I can’t say enough <3

We’ve been members of Midway since 2005. Never have we been more sure of the teaching and preaching of God’s Word as God wrote it than we have been at Midway Church. We have forever friendships in this congregation who serve as the hands and feet of Jesus...we KNOW because we’re currently in a hard circumstance, and we are being helped immensely.

The people were very nice. We went for my neighbor's memorial service. The facilities were modern, inviting & was a bigger campus than I realized once we got inside. I appreciated their hospitality.

Just an overall joyfull experience. The warmth is contagious. The small ladies class gives each one opportunity for intimate relationships. The teachings were interesting in church and Sunday School.
