  Attended a beautiful performance of the East Texas Choral. The church is a very pretty and historic setting. Good parking in the back of the church. Building has a covered drop off for inclement weather and/or easier access for handicapped or individuals with limited physical mobility.

  Greetings in the name of our Savior: apologize for 4 stars "only my deliverance can exponentially rate 5 if I'm honest with myself.. new to Tyler Texas wanted a functioning church with a approach of formalism as such as found in country hamlets eye too eye,ear too ear and heart too heart values raised with,had narrowed field down 3 To formally speak with, ask direct questions,and then decide consciously and concisely due what would be in all parties best interests. Well soldiers in Christ Marvin Methodist made this country hamlet raised son of God journey back to my own upbringing open honest formal remembrance of my Godly grandfather and grandmother just as I was in their presence and failed to grasp back in 1975-1988 and failed to grasp a real cup of coffee " Christ offers forgiveness for everyone everywhere" you heard c o f f e e felt like home lovingly honest and a real attentive ear, now not only am I in the Father's hand 100% for the first time in my giving of myself only about 72% But the rest of this biography is also 100% in that trinities hand as well being raised unto the fruitation of his return which will be noticably present soon upon all of his creations. Just being honest with myself. Thank you.

  Very Clean Friendly Church I went for the first service, he preached about giving offering and you know the surmon is good when you can still remember it. Thank you Derrick Boyd and Blake Boyd for the invitation, I'm a seventh day adventist but this felt just at home, hope to grow with the church and sink my roots deep. Amen. -jim

  I grew up going to this church and it has always has been a nice place. About a year ago, I started going again and it is great! If you are a college student looking for a church family, I highly recommend it!

  Wonderful place for your wedding ceremony. Large brides room and beautiful stained glass window. Located downtown and close to great reception locations like willowbrook country club and the Villa di Felicita.

  The preacher at this church never takes a breath. The urgency with which he instills fear in his congregation is breathless. Tyler church cults just can't get right wing fascists enough. Green Acres is worse, but give this guy time. Looney Homer must be proud.

  Marvin UMC is a Bible believing church family with discipleship classes for all ages, and deep mission roots in the community & worldwide. There are both traditional and contemporary worship offered several services on Sundays.

  They were very kind to me. I was displaced by Hurricane Ida when my sailboat sank losing everything. They gave me food to eat and directed me to several social services to help me get back on my feet. Most importantly They prayed with me that very moment I visited them.
