This church welcomed my family and I with open arms. When they say bring the littles, they don't mind. They mean it! Awesome nursery staff, have a mother's room & a family room. The mother's room doesn't isolate you from the service. It's so nice. This church helped me gain a relationship again with God. I'm beyond grateful.

This place was truly amazing I hadn't been to church in many many years, then I came here and I loved it it was great everyone was great friendly and gave me and everyone a huge warm welcome and made us feel like we just belonged there. They also have a coffee shop and they gave us vouchers for free coffees and that was awesome too. The kids to the adults absolutely love this church

I visited over a month ago. NOT ONE person welcomed me. Not even the dude at the door. It was a social hour in a clique of religious people. They talked about how great people were, but not one time did I hear anyone give glory to God. It's like a whole congregation of people singing "Onward Christian Soldiers" and then they go AWOL at noon. I watched a sermon online the other day in case I was wrong. The preacher screamed the sermon. This was confirmation. God is peaceful. I have yet to hear a "pastor" scream who was authentic. I watched him fake speaking in tongues while walking across the stage. The Bible expressly says not to unless there's an interpreter. Had it been real, as a pastor, he would have waited for the interpreter. He has absolutely no credibility. If you are looking for Jesus, this is not the place. If you are looking for a man-made doctrine place of Sunday morning religion, this is it. If you are looking for Jesus, He is not here. The spirit of religion is, and they don't even care. God said "touch not my anointed" and I have not, because he is not. I emailed him about my experience in his church. He didn't even have the decency to reply and invite me back for a different experience. After watching online, I see it wouldn't have been different. It's why the church is so empty. You can find religion anywhere. It's not supposed to be about religion. It's supposed to be about relationship.

First Assembly of God, Livingston, Texas is an awesome church with great, caring people. I was a member for over twenty years. In November of 2015 I had to move away to help care for my elderly mother. I attend a good church and I can feel God's presence, but it is nothing like my former church. I miss my beloved pastors, Chris and Tina Borden. They are genuine. When Mom died, there wasn't the support here that I would have gotten if I had been there. Here the services don't flow like they did in Livingston. It has an agenda. No one waits on the move of the Spirit. Tongues and interpretation are few and far between. Pastor Chris operates in so many gifts of the spirit. He has the heart of an evangelist. The gifting of a teacher. He can give a message in tongues and a true interpretation for the edification of the body of Christ. Both Pastor Chris and Tina are mighty worshipers and prayer warriors. One can count themselves blessed to be a part of the congregation. Don't take for granted what you have found there. It is the real deal. I am waiting for the Lord to show up where I am attending. I have the best church family still in Livingston. We are joined at the hip and still support one another via social media. If you have found First Assembly of Livingston, take your shoes off and stay awhile. If a church or man has hurt you, rest and heal. If you are a beginner in Christ, learn from those who will teach you to grow in Christ. And, when the time comes to go forth to share what you have learned there, go forth knowing your brothers and sisters in Christ will always be behind you. God bless.

I've visited 4 times and found everyone to be friendly and outgoing. There is a service in Spanish and English. During the song service there is a lady who translates in sign language. The pastors messages are scripture based and passionate which is critical to a good church. I prefer the older hymns of which I've rarely heard here, that being said the song leader, choir and musicians are very skilled.

Typical Assembly of God. Pastor greets you on way out. Energetic. Jean's ok. Usually 75% filled and several enter late. Offering is made by walking up to front and dropping into basket also serves as quick meet and greet. We feel at home here and are snowbirds.

I really can't give a review right now because I've never been here but going to try this church because I'm looking for a good based church I'm still wondering what the woman ment about this church not helping her or praying with her what is that all about? I really don't go by some of the negative reviews until I see for myself I pray it will be an awesome experiance.

Best church in Livingston. If you want the unadulterated word, great praise and worship, wonderful pastors, and friendly atmosphere, that's the church to visit and experience for yourself.
