Felicia is very unprofessional and rude. I called to collect a client's few belongings that his mother bought him. She went off on me saying that the client did not have anything. Everything that the client had they bought and to never call there again. She then proceeded to hang up on me. I have never had another professional yell at me in that manner. She clearly does not know how to effectively communicate.

It had been a few years that I had not seen my brother C due to drugs and life on the streets. Recently a ministry doing outreach on the Northeast side of town gave me a card and assured me that they help anyone battling drug addiction. Crazy, 2 Days later I see my brother C walking down the street and I can see he's A full-blown addict. Thankfully he was tired of the life and ready to accept the invitation to restoration. Today marks his successful 4 months of the 9 month program and he is Sober! but not only is he sober, he's reunited with his Daughter and his Mother Too!! My bro is living a new life and I have this Godsend of a ministry to thank. Please consider looking into supporting this ministry in anyway you can because they are really doing the work God has called them to do.
