It's a beautiful little church. Houses maybe eighty people. Not sure what denomination it is but I'm going to say roman catholic. Doors were locked when we were in the vicinity. I'm not sure if it's used frequently or if it's just a chapel to rent for weddings. Either was its nice

Church service is 11am Sundays. Small church is very welcoming. Today's sermon was about potters wheel making us more beautiful.

Little Chruch of La Villita is a charming historic chapel tucked right in the heart of San Antonio’s Riverwalk, and it’s a great place for timeless photos full of character. The steps leading up to the church make for a stunning entrance. Around every corner of La Villita, you’ll find something new: cobblestone paths, vibrant flowers, textured walls, and of course, that signature village atmosphere that makes it feel like you've stepped into a romantic little world. There are so many incredible photo options everywhere you look— if you have an artist’s eye. You get plenty of couple portraits, family shots, candids, etc. And let’s not overlook the convenient parking right across the street, food is close by, and everything you need is just a short walk away. It's a pleasure to spend a day creating joyful memories in one of San Antonio’s historical spots.

Having a small wedding? Little chuch of La Villita is the place! Absolutely picturesque! Highly recommend. Kay and Barbara were very helpful and accommodating. Afterwards we walked over and had the reception at LaVillita cafe. It was perfect! Wonderful day!

We selected Little Church of La Villita for our daughter's quince church ceremony. The church was beautiful, clean, and the perfect size for our event. Kay was excellent at communicating all the details and everything ran smoothly. We would recommend this venue and would consider rebooking for future events. Thank you!

An excellent place for a small no frills wedding. The church, built in 1879, is nice, clean, and comfortable. Wooden pews, piano, and organ, carpeted, well lit. They have weekly services and are available for private events.

Sadly, the church was closed despite the posted hours saying it's open. On the other hand, the church inside looked incredible from what I could see, and the building was adorable. The church had good entrances and seemed welcoming for all. Very clean and overall a great church compared to other iv been in.

I did not go in but only looked from outside. Very pretty. I really liked the construction and can imagine a small wedding would be beautiful in this private setting. Nice place to see.

What a wonderful little church! It's in a lovely historic building in La Villita, a charming pedestrian-friendly part of San Antonio, right by the River Walk. And this lovely building is populated with loving and lovable people, graced with spirit-filled worship, and solid Biblical teaching from the pulpit. Services are Sunday mornings at 11:00. Come visit and fall in love like we did!
