Pastor Jerry Martin is a awesome man of God who preaches in a practical way where everyone can understand. He is a teacher of the word and empowers his congregation to be fulfillers of the word in his sermons! Today he preached on being called to be an Ambassador for Christ. He said many are called but find themselves asking "where do I start with where God wants me to go"? He focused on teaching the congregation on how to function as Ambassadors! He presented to us practical Biblical principles and instructions to take up immediately to fulfill our roles as Kingdom Ambassadors! As a first time visitor, I walked away with the thought "Think not about what God can do for you, but what you can do for Gods Kingdom! The Pastor came down and greeted me hisself during service and again after service with his wife. The members were very welcoming and friendly and it did not seemed forced. If you are looking for a Church home filled with God's word that will pastor you into your God Given purpose, I encourage you to visit "Light of the World" church!

I really enjoy making this my family’s home church! I find the atmosphere warm and welcoming. The Children’s Ministry is colorful, safe, and engaging. Pastor Jackie’s sermons are on point and uplifting; they are clear and understandable. When Pastor Jerry is at the mic the messages are timely and sometimes quite humorous although filled with truth! Come As You Are. Can’t wait to meet you!

My family and I had a fantastic time at Light of the World. From the parking attendant, greeters, hospitality, and the Children's staff, and the Pastors, we felt truly welcome! Pastor Martins message was simple and to the point...it hit home for my husband and I. My kids still say this is their 1st choice for church.
