  As I have gone through my life I’ve faced many ups and downs. I am a first responder and have been for a long time. Rabbi is my neighbor and has always treated my wife and I like family. We have had many discussions about life and God’s love toward his creation. Rabbi is a wealth of knowledge and has always given me moral uplifting support. He has never passed on a chance to discuss God’s design as it was written and his strong belief about Jesus being the messiah. I sincerely believe in Rabbi’s desire for furthering God’s plan for a closer relationship with people. The staff at the synagogue are warm and kind. When we enter the Shul, the staff have smiles and tell you “welcome home”. My family and I have been blessed to have Rabbi and his wife in our lives.

  We started going to Lapid Judaism in the beginning of 2022. Before that, we were not going to any particular place for religion, I had left Christianity years before and was on the search to find the something, to find the truth. But, only until we had discovered Lapid Judaism and went there in person weeks after, is when we finally felt at home. When we first found out about Lapid Judaism, we started watching online until our family decided to join the Lapid community. It has been the best decision we have ever made. We found ourselves totally engrossed in the Torah, eating Kosher, putting Mezuzahs on our doors and upon our gates, and making challah and no longer celebrating anymore pegan Holidays. So, never before had I ever felt so close to Hashem. Everything just made sense, and after being there for some time, and learning and adjusting our lifestyles, eventually we just felt like we were meant to be there all along. We Converted and had our Wedding on the same day on June 25, 2023. It was the most amazing experience in our entire lives and was the most beautiful wedding under the Chuppah at the Synagogue. Our children enjoy the kid's classes and looking up to the other Jewish women there and of course Rabbi too. They have been as equally excited as us about learning the truth. We have been to several festivals, and everyone who is attending the Shul is now our home and our family. We enjoy practicing Judaism, and Rabbi and Rabbetzin are some pretty amazing people. We have learned a tremendous amount about the actual truth and we couldn't be happier about being in the Lapid Judaism mishpacha. It was impossible to find a place that is Jewish and believes in Yeshua. Thank you for all you have done and will continue to do. Seeing how much Lapid Judaism has grown the last couple of years is amazing and the journey is worth more than words can express.

  I've been members of Sar Shalom for more than six years. The environment is safe and welcoming, the people are warm and kind. The events are entertaining and fun! Our Rabbi and Rebbetzin work hard every day to spread the knowledge and joy of Torah and to bless our community. I have learnt more truth and depth of knowledge in these years at this shul than I have at any other synagogue I've been part of. May this community continue to grow and flourish!

  I've written maybe a dozen reviews on Google, all good that I can remember. A bad review is essentially lashon hara- evil speech, which is the worst sin, so we should all be careful about leaving bad reviews, even if it's a true experience. If someone asks, you can share your experience, but to destroy ones business or reputation is exalting yourself, your "wisdom or insight", to a place of witchcraft and manipulation over others who listen. Here's our experience with Lapid Judaism in Saginaw, TX. I was praying for clarity, searching for truth and purpose in my life. I felt God tell me specifically "If you learn my language, I will show you your purpose." So, I began learning biblical Hebrew with online course at the Israeli biblical institute for biblical studies. A few months later we made our first trip to Israel, and I was changed. Torah was a vision now, not a history book, but I still didn't know how to observe. Shortly after our return home, Rabbi Griffin popped up on our Facebook feed, and it's been an upward, challenging journey since that day. I watched for over a year, then I saw the false accusations from another party, those who viscously attack Lapid. I was concerned so I did some due diligence and joined this accusing groups FB page to gain further understanding of what these charges were about. I was open minded, and just wanted the truth. Let me insert here that my daughter was violated to the worst degree during this time, and we had to learn forgiveness toward this person and convicted criminal. Not an easy experience, as you can imagine, but God is faithful and he restored our hearts and blessed us with shalom because of this forgiveness. I mentioned this same event to this accusing FB group and they attacked me with such hatred and venom. They challenged me and said "who do you think you are, to tell us, the ones violated and damaged to move on. We won't rest until Griffin is destroyed and justice is done.". That was all I needed to hear. I promptly cancelled and blocked this other group from contacting me any further. They were awful. So I proceeded to call and actually speak to Lapid directly and get the details I felt I needed to form a good decision. Keturah answered my call, and spent probably 10 minutes with me on the phone. She explained in enough detail to express the damage and pain that was done by these venomous accusers, but at the same time admitting that this group of accusers needed to be a part of Lapids growth in understanding true teshuva/returning to Torah. She said that Lapid had to learn from some mistakes regarding their lack of seriousness, which in part was caused by this accusing group that was clickish and flippant in their observances. This lead Lapid into a serious period of searching, making and understanding true teshuvah. This response by her was powerful real, and I knew that through our own trials, she was speaking from true hurtful experiences and that resonated greatly with me. About two years later, my wife and three younger kids all made the trip to Saginaw and completed our conversions. Our God has been faithful and has shown us what "true purpose" is for a believer. Rabbi, Rebbitzin, all the staff and zakens were absolutely genuine, kind, and our experience with them has been nothing short of quality mentorship and teaching. They are helpful, supportive, patient, and understanding of those of us who are just beginning the journey of Jewish observance. It's just a solid, loving environment. . There are many flavors of people who participate in shabbat services and online apps. Those who stay, grow in their Torah understanding. Those who leave are probably struggling with humility (which we all had to deal with and fix) and accepting the truth about who God really is, what He really says, who Yeshua actually is, and what it means to be a follower of Yeshua. For over 3 years now, we have been expanded, challenged to change and grow in our knowledge of Torah. Lapid Judaism is the real deal. Thank God for this answered prayer in Lapid.

  We travelled all the way from Germany to Saginaw to get converted to Lapid Judaism. This after a year full of good teachings, critical questions and sincere guidance to come to this point. The Rabbi and Rebbetzin are a wonderful couple, full of integrity and love to support us in every way. And everyone else we met was kind, hospitable and interestef. And if we only would have had the slightest doubt about the people or what they are doing we would not have made this trip.

  This Synagogue is wonderful! My husband and I found this place roughly a year or so ago, and we love it! Rabbi Griffin does incredibly informative YouTube teachings (called the Aliyah A Day) and we tune in every day for them! We've never missed a single class. If you're local to the DFW area in Texas, you can attend in person on Shabbat (we will see you there lol!) Hubby and I completed our conversion in Nov 2023, and we have no intentions of slowing down. The community is friendly to all, and is welcoming to singles, married folks, and families. This is a safe space for anyone wanting to start or strengthen their relationship with HaShem.   We met Rabbi Morticai Griffin in person in 2020 while attending the Purim celebration "Pirates of the Caribbean", I and, my wife and our six daughters. That trip to Saginaw Texas was packed full of fun and excitement and fellowship. We had previously been introduced to his teaching via YouTube seven years ago. I believe the video was on discipleship. Our Orthodox Jewish walk has taken us to experience many Rabbis' and rabbinical leader's video teachings. From New York, Boca Raton, Tsfat Israel, Quebec Canada, Colorado, Kansas and Texas. We have gleaned precious knowledge thanks to the internet from every Rabbi that we have enjoined. Yet in our hearts all of the teachings fell short because we believed in Yeshua, the Mashiach, and His return to gather His remnant from the four corners of the world both the Jew and the convert . Lapid Judaism, Yeshua Centered Judaism is to my knowledge the only real Orthodox Synagogue that offers Conversion, Teaches Torah, Teshuva, Avodah, and Chesed, celebrates all of the Jewish Festivals and has a real authentic Kosher Mikvah and has a real teaching Rabbi, that believes in Yeshua and conversion. The true measure of a Godly man is telltale when adversity comes his way. It often comes to kill steal and destroy the fabric of your very existence and your work for God. The attack more often than not takes away ones character, faith, ability to love and his very reason for living. The man that knows that HaShem is his strength, his power, his focus and his source rises for the occasion and plants his feet firmly upon the solid foundation of God, hears and seeks His voice, prays without ceasing and endures to the very end. Because we are warriors and that is what warriors do and do best! Lapid Judaism is our home base synagogue and extended family, even though it's in Saginaw Texas and we live in the center of the USA, beautiful and remote. It's because of the relationship that we have established over the years with Rabbi Morticai and Rebbetzin in good times and in bad times. This is what makes Lapid Judaism, "THE REAL THING".
