Very nice camp. First time going to a church camp. I went with my patient. I enjoyed worship time and watching the kids have fun with the outdoor activities. I didn't do much walking because 90% of it was uphil, and I have asthma. I wish I had known they rented golf carts. The gift shop was nice. They had a pretty good selection. I didn't eat in the cafeteria, so I can't comment on the food.

Great experience in the past, just got unlucky when a storm came over and broke sewage lines and electricity, they were still able to provide food service to us which we were grateful for. - however they don't provide refunds if a storm event happens if you leave early

I love visiting this site and it is very special to me, particularly since I saw it first as a retreatant on an ACTS Mens Retreat AND because of the beauty of the grounds. Now that I have met some office staff, I'd have to give them another thumbs up. Great place, very good accomodations.

Excellent place for any type of retreat or meetings. Cabins and lodging available overlooking Lone Star lake. This encampment will accommodate several hundred people at a time. Also has a hugh cafeteria for large groups.
