  After being a lukewarm Christian for the last decade, my faith has been restored thanks to pastor Josh and Rockwall as well as the Live Free podcast! My husband and I watch online as we are from Washington. We drove all the way there in February to visit in person and my husband got baptized (he surprised me). Josh is very smart and passionate about sharing the word of Jesus. Almost every sermon hits deep and I end out crying. I have started reading my Bible again and daily, praying daily, giving my time and money to the homeless because of the example I see at LakePointe! I really enjoy the fact that Pastor Josh isn't scared to talk about the hard topics. Something I never experienced growing up in a small town at a baptist church of about 100 people. Christianity isn't just about loving others but then affirming their sins. Christianity isn't about being passive with politics that dictate your country because you don't want to "cause waves" be seen as a "Christian nationalist" or the old "separation of church and state" saying. No, pastor Josh goes headfirst into the tough stuff to make sure us Christian know that we're being taught to be strong in our faith, deep in the word of God, and realize that the secular world is coming for us and we need to be ready for Jesus to return! I love Lakepointe, I adore Pastor Josh, and I can't wait to make my next pilgrimage there soon!

  The singers here feel like they could be on Disney Channel, and Josh truly impresses every time with his presentation skills and the way he delivers messages. The level of organization and professionalism is incredible. I really like the relaxed dress code, even for pastors. In Russia I never went to church because the vibe felt intimidating, but here it’s the opposite — uplifting and enjoyable, almost like going to a concert while also hearing something meaningful every time. I don’t understand everything because English isn’t my first language, but it’s still very interesting and I enjoy coming to listen. I come here every Sunday with my husband, and this church really inspires me — I had never seen churches like this before. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⛪️

  I visited this church for the first time today. I’ve followed the pastor on social media and through his Live Free podcast, so I was excited to finally attend in person. I don’t usually stop by the First timers area, but I did today-and I’m so glad I did. The team serving there was genuinely kind and welcoming. One of the ladies even walked me to the auditorium and shared everything the church offers along the way. For a church this size, there is a real sense of community. You can feel the love they have for families and kids ministry. And the worship team…WOW. Powerful and heartfelt. The message spoke directly to those of us who are learning to use our pain as a platform. It was encouraging, honest and full of hope. If you’re visiting, don’t hesitate to stop by the First timers spot—they’re friendly, helpful and truly glad you came. And be bold in sharing your God’s story. It doesn’t have to be on social media; it might be with a coworker, friend from the gym, family member or even the cashier at Walmart. You never know how the Lord could use you to help and show His love to others.

  Visited Lakepointe Church and had a great experience. The worship music was excellent, and Pastor Josh delivered a message that was theologically sound, practical, and easy to understand. The kids environment was also great for my daughter, which made the whole experience even better. Everyone was welcoming, and I left feeling encouraged and motivated to share my faith with others. Definitely worth checking out if you’re looking for a church home.

  I tune in online from southeast Arizona. I live in a small border town. Appreciate what I’ve seen online so far…appreciate the gospel being declared. Appreciate hard Bible teachings. The type that will get you a 1 star because it’s offends sensibilities, as the Bible teaches it will do that. A few one star reviews here that criticize pastor Josh because he’s preaching the truth. If it’s watered down and tailored for my feelers and bit gospel centered , I don’t want it. You one star reviewers. I’m praying the Lord gives you thicker skin because if the Bible is true, the world is only going to get worse. Thanks again. Shalom and Grace!!!!!

  I live waaay out of state so I have never been there in person but I love their podcasts. I have been trying to find a church that boldly spoke God's word. That did not add or subtract from it. That did not shy away from the "difficult" passages. That stated plainly what God says. No apologies. I also like Pastor Hauerson's real world application. I was "hooked" from the 2nd episode that I watched. Or maybe the first since I continued to the 2nd. LOL Please don't change, always speak truth and be your genuine self. That is what we relate too. There are enough robots, cowards and false profits out there. Your sheep need that living water that quenches our thirst.

  I visited for the first time this past Saturday. First, I have to say, I appreciate a church that sees the value and the need for Saturday services. The worship music was wonderful and it was over a little too soon for me. The message PastorJosh delivered, was brave and courageous and so needed for our current times. Also, before he started the message, Pastor Josh addressed the senior adults with a touching annoucement expressing how much the church wants and needs their leadership skills. In a world that discards senior adults so easily, this was refreshing!

  I love this church so much! We are part of the online community but travel 6+ hours just to hear the word and feel the presence of God in person every so often. Pastor Josh and the people are so welcoming. If you’re thinking of going, just GO and let God change your life.

  Love this place! Senior Pastor, Josh Howerton, is incredibly dynamic and such a truth-teller. I am so engaged when he teaches/preaches that I feel fully captivated on the topic at hand and hunger for more. I walk away with an incredible desire to want to dive deeper into the matter, its history, other supporting scripture, how it can further apply to my life and/or my circumstance. Simply put… I WANT MORE! Thank you Pastor Josh for enriching my life. I truly love putting to practice what God’s word says.

  My wife and I visited after a weekend away in DFW. I really enjoyed the service. I am familiar with Josh and lakepointe from the live free podcast and from social media. I am an employee of a large church in central Arkansas and serve in the recovery ministry. I really appreciated the message (acts 28) and like how Josh teaches directly from the word. Love the things lakepointe is doing, to God be the glory!
