I’ve been attending the Lakepointe Church Forney campus for a few months now, and from day one I was plugged in immediately. After spending almost four years at the East Dallas campus, transitioning to Forney felt seamless and intentional. I quickly got connected through the men’s Life Group and am now going through Rooted, which has been a powerful season of spiritual growth and deeper grounding in my relationship with Christ. This church doesn’t just help you attend—it helps you truly grow and live out your faith. Pastor Jeremy is on top of everything. His leadership, heart for people, and commitment to biblical truth are evident throughout the campus. You can tell this church is led with prayer, excellence, and genuine care for the body of Christ. I absolutely love this church. If you’re looking for a Christ-centered church with real community, strong discipleship, and intentional leadership, the Forney campus is an incredible place to call home.

I just recently started attending this church. First impressions: energetic, fun, and friendly. I haven't had a chance to meet the main pastor yet, but he does get his message out via satellite from his main church in Rockwall. His messages line up with God's word, and that is the most important thing to me. The music ministry does a wonderful job of worship. So far, so good. After six months I decided I wanted more, so I went to the ‘Next Step’ class/lunch where the majority of my questions were answered. Following that I joined the children’s ministry. Most recently, I’ve been committed to improving myself and healing so I signed up for the ReGeneration course. It’s very involved. It takes hard work but the rewards are worth every minute spent on it. After ReGen I took the 10-week Rooted class. I’m so glad I did. I met some beautiful ladies and have more new friends. God is good 😊 Now the Lord seems to be moving me into some leadership roles. I will keep trusting Him. I absolutely love this church! Pastor Josh is so dynamic and truth-telling!! Attention I’ve received the far most greatest gift of life. My Oldest Son Christian Saenz gave his life September 20,2025 on My Wedding Anniversary. My husband and I were lost for words. I cried like a baby I was so excited I couldn’t help my self. Pastor Jeremy making it happen as the list was closed for that day he reopen the list for others to join. After a year attending 2 campuses, I never saw the budget nor was told who the body of elders were, (the main pastor says in Next Step class this is who he answers to, and that the budget is viewable to anyone that asks). After asking, and being told good luck finding out by several long time goers, I began to become concerned. Most of the staff is unpaid volunteers, so producing even previous years budgets should be an easy task. No response, besides people deciding to stop talking to me, which was very degrading given no other church ever had issue with requesting that info, especially before demanding full tithes as a step necessary for membership, and obedience to G-d. All the women's ministries were cut as well, so after visiting some other local churches, I made the painful decision to move on. Great for people with kids or younger families. There are small groups that have good people offering fellowship, also untrained volunteers, but in terms of services on the grounds it is worship services, and daycare that are the main offerings. Still have friends that go, but they also have the same issues with church transparency and the lack of professional training I discovered with people tasked with counseling in their adult on campus programs, and have also started searching for a new church homes. If not for those things I would likely have stayed, just to not lose friends. We have managed to stay in touch at outside gatherings which has been a huge comfort for me. I also became really discouraged with so many mlm hustlers pushing their businesses. That is what Church was becoming week after week. I just got tired.

Last Sunday (11am service) my grandkids had so much fun in Sunday school, they asked to go again today. My brother and I was amazed with service too. We are getting ready to catch the early service this morning (If everyone would wake up soon) I can’t wait to praise and worship our God. Walking in church feels like I’m free and peaceful to talk to with our Lord, thank him for all the blessings he’s given my family. Thank you so much for the opportunity. Aloha🌺

My husband, myself and our two children attended Lakepointe for the first time yesterday and we received such a warm welcome! For those looking for a church, Lakepointe goes above and beyond, providing first time parking for you so that they see you’re new and then they take you through a whole tour of the campus and ensure the whole family gets to where they need to go! The worship team was incredible and the message was powerful. Our son seemed to be having a blast in preschool 1 and our daughter loved the children’s ministry for her age group as well, it’s also very comforting the process they have in place for dropping off and picking up your kids. We can’t wait to continue coming for the remainder of our time living in Forney. ❤️

This is my church. From the first time I walked in to Lakepointe Forney in 2016, I knew I was HOME! They people go out of their way to get to know you. Pastor Josh and Mike both preach what the WORD says. We are a transparent group of people who love Jesus and each other. God is on the move here and I’m beyond grateful for how this church has disciples my daughter, who is now an adult volunteer, and myself.
