We had our oldest daughter her for nearly 5 years, and our son for almost 2 years. The staff have treated our children with the utmost kindness. We are so thankful that they have taken such great care of our babies for so long.

Please do not bring your child here. I strongly urge you to find another location or remove your child from this facility. I cannot share every detail due to fear of retaliation, but what I have witnessed is deeply concerning. The staff here do not care about the well-being of the children. While cameras are present, not every part of the facility is monitored. I have personally seen multiple teachers mishandle young children, grabbing them aggressively out of frustration with the group. I have even seen teachers grab children by the face and forcefully tell them to “listen.” The way these teachers speak to the kids is unacceptable and demeaning. There have been many other serious incidents that I cannot disclose publicly, though they have been reported. Despite this, no real resolution has taken place. The facility is currently on an action plan for non-compliance, and failure to improve could lead to a full shutdown. The directors set a toxic example by speaking to their staff with disrespect, which then trickles down to how the children are treated. If your child has even minor challenges at home, those same struggles are held against them here, resulting in harsher treatment, neglect, or outright dismissal. Do as you wish, but if something happens to your child or this facility is forced to close, you were warned. There is a reason Ms. Shelly, the former director, resigned—she left to protect her professional license and avoid being tied to a potential shutdown under her name.

I love this daycare so much. The staff is awesome. They serve great food. It’s very diverse and I like that. The kids get along. It’s very clean and healthy. The kids have a chance to do all sorts of activities. I loved it here if I was younger I would love to go back.

My child was left unattended in the hallway by herself when I brought it to the attention of the assistant director, she shrugged her shoulders and said “okay”

The lack of communication from the daycare is astonishing. My child has been on the waitlist since pre-covid (2019). I've yet to receive correspondence from them regarding any updates. I've called many times. At first there were no availabilities, then covid hits and they're not accepting new children (understandably), then they have availabilities and the very next day there's zero openings until August 2021.
