Oh, where to start...This church has some of the most friendly & welcoming people you will ever experience. We were looking for a new church home in Denton. After visiting a church that we thought would be most like our non-denominational Bible church of 25+ years in Plano/Fairview, we knew it wasn't going to be a good fit. I found Journey on Google and read the whole website before I presented it to my spouse. I wanted to make sure the Bible was being taught and lived out. We decided to give it a try. It is more than we are used to but God hasn't stopped showing me how big, good & loving He is. Every week is better than the last. Pastor Scott and all the staff love the Lord and it is evident in the way they care for their flock. We can hardly wait to get more involved in a small group and allow God to grow us!

Wonderful church, the people are friendly, the worship is upbeat and fun. My kids love going to their classes and have fun. The pastor is really nice and delivers a great sermon.

Very nice, faith-filled congregation led by capable pastor, very close to my duplex in the north Denton neighborhood of Denton, one block away from the N. Texas fair grounds. I sometimes attend when weather prevents getting out to one of my other two churches. Jesus Christ is king in Denton! Give thanks to the risen Lord. Amen.
