100 and 101 Berkley are the two newly built homes pictured here. Proudly built by EastTexas Homes. The first of many homes to be built in this area. The reason for the build is so that the average person who typically rents may achieve The pride of ownership. Nice home built with high ceilings and some nice upgrades that you don't see everywhere. Affordable and easy to qualify for a loan and keep your payments close to what you pay for rent. I have to give the Berkley homes five stars. But even if I didn't work for these fine folks.. I'd have to give them five stars Dave stice

This is not Hughes Chapel.? No, these homes are being built by EastTexasHomes. And if I had to rate the homes? Five stars. I haven't been to the Church so I can't rate it..
