I went to a funeral at House of Prayer on 3/18/26. I was very impressed with the church staff from the man who opened the front doors for us and ushered us to some seats at the back of the room since I was in a wheelchair. Then, the pastor preached a nice service for the deceased. And after service, when I had to use the restroom, I asked about a wheelchair accessible restroom. So the man escorted me to another restroom at the back of the church. Next, a lady who was working back there offered to help me if I needed it. She ended up opening and holding the door so I could back out of the bathroom. Finally, we were invited to the kitchen in the back of the church where they had a spread of food that could compete with a restaurant buffet. And, they made us to go plates to take with us. This church was so hospitable to us that if I didn’t live over an hour away, I would consider going here based on the servanthood of the church members .
