My wife and I just started catechumen today! If you are considering attending an orthodox Divine Liturgy for the first time and seeing how the true and early Christians worshipped , come to this church. The first time I came I was very nervous, but I’ve learned that the father and everyone I’ve met at this church are genuinely great people and all display the love of Christ to one another and my family.

This is a great and very welcoming parish. The true and unadulterated fullness of the Christian Faith is taught here and the community is full of great and loving people. If anyone is in the area, I would definitely encourage you to stop by and see things for yourself and I know you’ll find what I’ve said to be true.

I had the privilidge to recently visit Holy Annunciation Orthodox Church in Liberty Hill Texas. The community is warm and inviting. If you have never been to an Orthodox Church, be not afraid. These good folks will make you feel right at home. They are gentle and kind, and they live their Orthodox Faith. The Bishop is very approachable, down to earth, kind, and very wise. I had the privilege to listen to the Bishop preach several times during my stay, and it was amazing. I am so glad you can hear his preaching of the Gospel weekly on their podcast, a real bonus, and it has enriched the spiritual life of myself and family. I look forward to my next visit.

I have attended liturgy with the Bishop and can say, without any doubt, that this parish is a legitimate Greek Old Calendar Orthodox parish and has never pretended to be anything else! Unfortunately, the less than generous reviews are from persons who have never attended that parish.
