It's saddened to find out that this church is refusing people that don't show proof of residency or don't have all their documents needed to get assistance at a time of crises. I can understand other days when you need to bring your documents but our country is at a stage of emergency. Not that being said I'm very disappointed that you send my sister away just because she did not provide an actual ID. She is on social security and has been their before. I can understand other days but not at a time of crises... I'm very disappointed and will bring it up to higher levels of the chain command.
