Pastor Homer is genuinely a needle in a haystack. This man who preaches the “word” is incredibly relatable. If, by some reason you need to start going to church because you want a relationship with god. Look no further than Gravetop church, you won’t be disappointed!

The best kept secret in San Antonio. It’s not a church for takers but for community. It’s not a place to get in your religious feels, it’s a place to get right with your God and learn about him and how to walk with him Daily. We don’t hold …

My family has been coming here for a few visits now. And I can say I’ve never been to a church where I actually kept coming back. That the church was still on my heart after I left and that I felt the need to be apart of and called to do work in the church. Today I signed up to volunteer to serve in the church for the first time in my adult life. This church is humble, it’s about growing your personal relationship with God, and fulfilling the mission he has called us to do. I’m excited to grow with this church. I actually call this my home church.

This place is so authentic to love and unity. A husband and wife lead people to be a family in the church. The husband leads a service for adults and the wife leads one for the children. The love of the two is definitely something to emulate. You feel at home here and it's a place I can call home. The service is at 11am and it's a small gathering that starts with worship , service and my favorite part a voluntary discussion. You get to have a voice for question or comments. Really getting the ability to be a part in all parts of the church. Thank you Lauren and Homer Hargrove for your hospitality and helping me connect with God on a deeper level

My family and I have found a true home at Gravetop. From the moment we walked through the doors, we were welcomed with open arms and a genuine sense of belonging. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and it's clear that this church is centered on fostering a strong, family-oriented community. One of the most significant moments in our lives happened here—we were baptized and found our faith in Jesus. This church has been a guiding light on our spiritual journey, and we are beyond excited to be a part of this amazing community. Our pastors are incredible leaders who preach with passion, compassion, and wisdom. They truly care about every member, always going above and beyond to support and uplift us in our walk with God. The love and dedication they pour into their ministry are felt in every service and event. If you're looking for a church that feels like family, where you can grow in your faith and build meaningful connections, Gravetop is the place to be. We are so grateful to be part of this wonderful church and can't recommend it enough!

Homer is awesome and really takes the time to get to know you. After our first visit, him and his wife invited us to dinner and ever since then we have felt very welcome at church and I definitely never had that feeling at church before so bravo 👏 pastor Homer 👏 😊 …

As a 63 year old, I've attended multiple churc services and it's always the same. The preacher preaches without providing an opportunity for the congregation to engage directly with the pastor and his message. But not at Gravetop. …

If you want to go to a church that has two pastors (Homer and Lauren) that genuinely care about you and want to be spiritually fed, this is the church for you!! Also, if you have been church hurt, DEFINITELY attend Gravetop and you will see that not all churches are the same.

I’ve never felt so welcome in any church like how i have here. You can literally dress however you’d like and they’d still welcome you in with a big smile. I don’t go to church often but when I do, it’s here at Gravetop. ♥️
