Grace is the place! We moved to Sulphur Springs in December 2020, ready to begin a new chapter. After visiting close to a dozen churches, and attending some regularly over the course of four years, we found our home at Grace Methodist Church. It did not take long to feel that this was where we were meant to be. After attending for a few months while meeting at Shannon Oaks, we officially joined on June 9, 2024. Since then, our family has experienced two baptisms, joined a Grace Table group, and become part of the young parents community. What started as simply attending church has grown into something much deeper. At Grace, we found not just a place to worship, but a true church family. When our son Evan was born, Meal Train surrounded us with care and generosity. It was a powerful reminder that Grace is not just something that is talked about. It is lived out in real, tangible ways. We have also seen the impact of the Go Serve group. The difference is real. It has been a privilege not only to witness that kind of service, but to step into it ourselves and be doers of the Word alongside people who genuinely care. We are deeply grateful to be part of Grace Methodist Church. Grace is a place that welcomes you in, walks with you through every season, and helps you grow in faith and community.

If you are searching for a Church home, visit Grace this week! There are so many things to love about Grace Methodist Church, but most notable is the radical hospitality - the Staff and congregation are truly glad that you have come. The GMC family of believers commit themselves to be the "hands and feet of Jesus," always looking for ways to serve and meet the needs of others. Though the actual building is in the beginning phase of construction, for now "Church" at Murray Orwosky is a sacred space of worship with Bible-based teaching and sermon series. There are many Sunday School and Bible Study opportunities, Youth and Children's programs, and multiple Ministries to participate in - and all are focused on serving and growing one's faith and Christian walk.

At Grace Methodist I know that I'm hearing the truth and in a way that I can understand. This is a very welcoming church - people's feelings, concerns and needs are addressed. Children are so welcome here and we love the babbling and squeals of infants in the sanctuary. You may walk in as a stranger, but you'll walk out as part of the family.

Grace Methodist has been a blessing to our family in so many ways! The warmth of the congregation emanates Jesus's love from the first step in the door. The pastor leads in biblical truth and pushes the congregation to a deeper relationship with Christ. The mixed traditional and contemporary music, the multigenerational small Wesleyan groups, the active children's program and parents group have helped envelope our family in a Christian community that we can grow in together.
