The wife and I took a weekend getaway to Glen Rose. I had researched for a conservative, Biblically based congregation to worship with Sunday. (I am a Baptist pastor, but just because a congregation has the word "Baptist" in its name doesn't mean it stays true to Biblical truth.) The folks there were quite kind and welcoming. The attitude and ability of the worship team members was excellent. ( Hey, if you like Matt Papa/Matt Boswell, along with the Gettys, how can you go wrong?) Everything from the devotional/responsive readings to the sermon were very Biblical. The message was expositional and encouraging. If you are seeking a fellowship that is Biblically-based and Christ honoring, I highly suggest Grace Community Church. We enjoy our occasional getaways to Glen Rose, and were blessed during the time of worship and fellowship at Grace Community. As Arnold would say..."I'll be back."

I'm so thankful to are FATHER YAWAY ALMIGHTY IN JESUS HOLY NAME for his people us the body of Christ the church for the medical care they gave me and removing a growth and taking care of your humble servant FATHER. Give these little ones a special blessing AMEN.

We visited this church while on vacation. Friendly people, Biblical based sermon, worship songs were good. Highly recommend.

Dangerous place, especially for women. They enable abusers and guilt women into staying in terrible marriages. Went there for 20 years.
