The place is very nice. While I was waiting in line, I was thinking about becoming a member because it seems like an active church that helps the community. But the pastor has a rather unpleasant attitude. There was an incident last week. While they were serving food, I went to the restroom to accompany my mom. I was just heading towards the line when she yelled at us in a bossy/aggressive/confrontational way, "HEY, LINE!!!" I hadn't even reached the line yet; I was still about 20 feet away, and she yelled as if I was going to run and cut in line. Even the people in line looked at her, confused. I shut up and swallowed hard, but I felt really bad. Obviously, if I see a line of 10 people outside a door, I'm not going to go and cut in front of it. Besides, the line was in the women's restroom; the men's restroom was free, so another gentleman who was there kindly told me that there was no one there. This is the first and last time I'll go. Not even a "Hello," "Welcome," or "Good afternoon." Nothing! There was no sign of Christ's love. I was received with a bad, confrontational, and arrogant attitude. They yelled at me, gave me dirty looks, and honestly, I left very disappointed. I hadn't been to church in ages, and it reminded me why. There are many verses in the Bible that speak of humility and Christ's love; they should be put into practice.
