I Love the church. I would like more "hymns" intertwined among praise songs. Pastor Dave preaches from the Bible he preaches the gospel so well. His messages are easy and clear for anyone to under stand. They also have home made gluten free bread for communion each Sunday.

Pastor Dave truly teaches you about the Bible word for word. I have learned more from his sermons than I have at previous churches. His wife is also amazing! My husband and I have loved getting involved and the humble atmosphere it provides.

My family and I went to this church for 1 year. No one ever knew my name or that of my family members.  I never met pastor Dave. Nor did he ever notice me. He does not greet people as they come in or leave. I felt invisible at this church. However, its a great stepping stone for people getting back into church. If you want to go somewhere without being seen or spoken to, it's easy to be lost in the crowd. And sometimes we need that when we're new.  If you want to tip your toes back into a church. It's a great church to do that. I feel God meets you where you are, and I went to this church after years of being a nonbeliever and the way this church is, it made it easier for me to go there. This place however does seems to have an "in-crowd" though. The music is what makes this place! The man (Chris)that sings and plays the guitar! He is absolutely amazing. If God doesn't sing through him -idk anything then. Our family left this church, and are now at a new church. The pastor greeted and noticed us the first day I went to his chruch. He never forgot my name and calls me by my name and everyone in my families names, everyday we leave service with a hand shake. It feels so good to be seen now. And I'm more accepting of it. I am grateful for this church but it wasn't a forever home for us.

GBC has been my family's church home for around 11 years and its has been awesome experience. God has work in our lives greatly through the preaching and friendships built. It is often hard to find a church that balances truth and love. That is why I'm thankful for GBC who does it well.

So I have been Church shopping for a few months now. There are a lot of Churches to choose from in this City, County, and in this State. But not a lot where I have felt welcomed or even comfortable. In my unprofessional opinion, that should be created by the members of that congregation. I really did enjoy the service that I attended on Sunday the 23rd, 2025. I really enjoyed the worship hour, it was a moment of singing and praising that I could interact with that wasn't overwhelming or even focused on the stage alone, the stage actually focused on us and involved us, with rythems and melodies that I could keep up with. Woot woot to the band who sounded awesome by the way. Side note, this is my first time at this church, and I totally enjoyed the meeting place and time, which was 9am. This place offers one of the earliest services in the area, for me, 11:00am services are just too late in the day. I really enjoyed the message that was spoken, on this day. Child of God, JLGP The Fruit of the Day is to have Joy and Peace in Our Daily Life. We Are Breaking the chains of addiction, With People, Places, Things, Foods, Ideas and Substances. We Are Going to Prosper in Health Through Our Holy Spirit, Our Mindset, Our Physical Body is Now Healed, in the Name Of Jesus. Amen. I am sending Holy Spirit vibes Yah-weh (your way).lol

My two kids and I felt uncomfortable (6th and 8th grade) with the physical closeness and touching some of the youth leader do. We were told the person is "gregarious" and they background check their leaders, and follow policy. So we decide to leave and find a new church.

The entire Pastoral staff is outstanding. The weekly message is Christ centered and word-inspired. There is a strong group of elders and leaders with whom you can come alongside and worship Christ, while keeping on the narrow path.

I went with my son for the first time in years. Nobody greeted us. I saw several members of the staff walk by and not one person said hi or introduced themselves to us. I liked the message. The music was okay. The church should be more welcoming of new people. I won’t be back where I don’t feel welcomed. On the bright side it seems they really abide by “come as you are” and I liked that.

After church hurt from our previous church, it was hard to get myself motivated to join another church. The believers at Grace Bible helped my husband and I figure out how to navigate the church hurt. If you’re looking for a church with humble leaders and to dive more into the Bible, it’s for you!

Grace Bible Church is committed to the teaching the Word of God and obeying what God has commanded us to do! This is where I learned about Gospel centrality, by hearing solid preaching and being discipled by many people at this church! I am so thankful for this light in Killeen!
