  Definitely not returning. I should have gone through the reviews. The lady here doesn't listen to what the customer asks for and if you say anything she gives you an attitude and tells you good bye. My kid wanted his hair buzzed not cut with scissors to 1". He is autistic and there is a lot of reason this is what I asked for. She kept suggesting stuff and I said no Everytime. She gave the excuse to use scissor to cut it a bit so it didn't clog her trimmer and then cut the entire cut with scissors. She asked about a fade no. She asked if I wanted the top longer and sides shorter no. She did the sides shorter anyways. Or she could just be that bad at hair as even the top none of his hair is the same length. Now I still have to go back and re cut his hair as even he is complaining about it being in even. When you are autistic like the two of us are we need things done a certain way for a reason. If you are not going to listen to your customer then get out of a service industry. And the other review that the owner argued saying he had bad hair for the cut he wanted.... Yeah that's their choice not yours. If you don't want a bad hair cut hurting your terrible reputation then refuse service to them and move on. Don't force your ill informed decisions on people. Sometimes people ask for stuff and don't want to tell you their life story. I tried to tell her with autistic people if they ask for a buzz just use the trimmer, and I was immediately told good bye. As soon as she realized it was negative feedback she gave an attitude of I'm better then you get out. And yet the hair cut wasnt even done well. Various hair lengths everywhere. Autistic people notice that. The way they need their hair to look is for them to be happy with it not others. They need it to not be a stresser by being un uniform. I now have to deal with my son and hope it doesn't cause a melt down. Thanks for that. Learn some customer service

  Nancy & Ariel are a dynamic dup...they do a fantastic work and the shop is always spic & span. Everyone working there is absolutely awesome. The only place I go to now.

  I do not recommended this place. 50 dollars for a simple fade. The lady that cut my hair did a horrible job.

  Went in on a weekday morning, there were two people cutting hair, nobody to do reception/make appointments. 1 other person waiting ahead of me, I waited for about 25 minutes as neither barber looked like they were gonna be finished anytime soon, asked if I could make an appointment for later and was just told to come back in half an hour. Came back half an hour later, waited another half an hour before I got my haircut. For a basic men’s haircut the price seemed pretty high too, by far the most I’ve ever paid for a haircut.

  If I could give 10 stars I would! I didn’t have an appointment for my son and they took him in as a walk in fairly quickly. Ariel was so patient and kind with my two year old, and did a great job! Will definitely be back again. Thank yall so much!

  Great haircut I just walked in no appointment husband and wife couple have did a great job on the inside of the building GOOD vibe going on great attitude and its not a $50 haircut because you work in the oil field good people I don't usually write reviews but GOODTIMES BARBERSHOP WAS GREAT EXPERIENCE 👍 juice

  The worst place to cut your hair, it was the first and last time I go to this place, I asked for a mid fade haircut, I asked him not to shave it and the barber who did it because he was thinking about something else or didn't know What happened when he performed a high fade and shave, and also left the cut unsightly, they definitely need more training, I know what I'm talking about, I'm also a barber, I just don't like cutting my own hair, and I like to see how they work in another shop , I just didn't say anything because there was nothing to do there, if I can fix it with my coworkers Responding to “owner”, if you really had the proper training, you would know how to do a MID FADE, and follow specific instructions for a client regardless of the type of hair that any of your clients have. As a “professional barber” you should know how to adapt to the style of the client. hair of each client, and of course I don't want a client like you in my shop, because I know that you will only cause problems, but you stay humble and take some extra classes, god bless you

  I'm from out of town and stay here for weeks at a time for work. 1st time was awesome and the service was good and fast. The two beers are cool also. Next time I went was during busy hours. It's a little chaotic during that time, there is no sign in list. Was waiting about 45 minutes but the guys didn't seem to be in any kind of hurry even though they were closing in 40 minutes at the time. I thought "fine, whatever." Just as one guy gets freed up, I'm guessing a friend of theirs, walks in and gets the seat. Got up and left after that. Went to the J3A barber shop in town and got seen immediately, they have a sign in, and ticket you take when you get there to stay organized with no buddy jumping from what I saw. Will go there when I'm in town for work from now on. Responding to the "Owner". 3 star changed to 1 star. Yes the 1st time it was great and I even tipped an extra 20 dollars. I did not see any signage indicating that to out of town people who are not familiar since you don't have time to explain to everyone. In fact the front window says "Walk-ins Welcome". Thanks for solidifying me not returning. For everyone else reading these reviews you can see the "professionalism" that resides in this shop.

  The hair cut I wanted looked nothing like the one I got it’s so bad you should really ask again if you don’t know how to cut hair. Reassure the person before you cut their hair and see if it’s what they want.
