My husband and I had a hard time finding this place, because they currently meet at the 7th Day Adventist Church, but we are really glad we found it! The people we first encountered seemed friendly, kind, interesting, diverse, welcoming, and helpful. Just one visit to Good Shepherd was enough for us to realize these people and this community were a good fit for us. After 8 months we feel very much at home, have learned a lot, have had a lot of fun, and have participated in many activities that are satisfying and beneficial. We can grow and serve here, and we are here to stay.
