Authentic! I just participated in the Uprising event for men. This is the first church that made me proud to be a man, is teaching me how to live within His word. Pastor Tim connected with me and I feel like he speaks the word in a way that is understandable and relatable. What a blessing to have found this place as a home.

I was Baptised at GM and saved from my life of sin through Jesus Christ. I am thankful for their focus on making God's word priority over everything happening at GM. This foundation is what has gotten me invested and rooted in this church. I have found brothers & sisters in christ through their Young adults Ministry & if you're looking for a place to find God, find God centered community & grow your relationship with Yeshua this is the place.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I grew up in church as a child and remember feeling so loved and welcomed in every service. This church is not like that. If you have children do not come here. They will tell you to leave and separate you to a different room alone with a tv. Even when your kids aren’t making sounds or bothering anyone. This is disgraceful. This is exactly what Jesus did not want. In Luke he rebuked his apostles for not letting the children come near him and specifically said the kingdom of God belonged to children such as these. But not at Genesis Metro. Selfish and self seeking mega church. Not family oriented. So sad how someone can feel so outcasted in a place they are supposed to feel Gods love. Do better.

Unfortunately this church is NOT welcoming of families with young children. You will be made to feel uncomfortable as GROWN MEN come to tell you to leave even if your child doesn’t make a sound. The approach is terrible. My family has never felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome in a church before. We will not be returning. I will also tell all of my friends and family about this terrible experience. We visited twice and that was plenty. I pray my family never feels like that again! Absolutely disgraceful of a church.

I have never ever in my life felt so angry at a church. I took my 10 month old to Genesis Metro Church with friends for Easter Svc and from the time we walked in the door the kept trying to get us to sit in the family section or overflow because of having an infant and I stated no we are meeting friends. During the singing and praise where it was loud Ava was waving and doing her normal talking and we were asked to move to the family section. I kindly explained we are fine and if she were to cry or get upset I would then take her out..... The guy said she was upset and disturbing people.... OMG my mama heart lost it. As a church you welcome little children, u do NOT ask them to sit in other sections away from people. I let them know just that and walked out shaking so mad 😠 If children aren't welcome to sit with everyone then your not a congregation I will EVER step foot back into. SHAME on you as God sees you and I feel sad for any moms who walk into that church with a little one.

I truly can’t say enough great things about Genesis Metro. From our first visit, this church has poured into our family in ways we never expected. The teaching, the community, and the atmosphere have brought me closer to the Lord than I’ve ever been. If you are reading reviews because you are on the fence about coming to visit… this is your sign. Come to GM!

Production. Production. Production. So great in fact that we have water for the baptisms and high quality speakers to hear the pastor. We even have extra brand new seats so more can know Jesus.

My husband and I have been going to GM for over a year- we love this church. It’s made us want to be involved and be disciples not just consumers . The focus is on the truth of the Bible! People are genuine and engaged. We sit behind the highschool and college kids and I have never witness kids on fire for the Lord like they are here!

My family has been attending Genesis Metro for a year now and love it. The community we have gotten from attending services, Sisterhood events, Brotherhood events, Young Adults, Fuse, and so much more has been overwhelming! Pastor Tim’s honesty and vulnerability on stage while teaching from the Word is really what roped us in, but the people made us stay. As a business manager I always preach (no pun intended) on getting your own experience before believing any reviews so we attended a Pastor’s Lunch after one of the services and asked questions! Thank you GM for the best year!
