  Visiting from Philadelphia and wanted to share my experience at the Frisco campus. The facility is impressive and the setup is professional, but I left feeling a bit underwhelmed. The entire message, a full hour, was delivered off a projector, which I'd never seen before. Rather than feeling engaging, it had the opposite effect. Looking around, a lot of people seemed checked out, and I think the format contributed to that. The message itself covered faith and included scripture, but didn't go very deep. It felt more emotionally driven than substance-driven. I came looking to be challenged and grounded in the Word, and this didn't quite scratch that itch. May work great for others, but not the right fit for me.

  Gateway Church in Frisco is a wonderful place! I visited for the first time and was truly impressed by the pastor’s inspiring message and the warm, welcoming community. Everyone was so friendly, and I absolutely loved the experience—I’ll definitely be back!

  I was surprised to find the new pastor is very similar teaching style to the founding pastor but slightly different too. I was worried upon moving back to Dallas and coming back to the church, it wouldn't be the same. I was actually expecting a train wreck. I am happy to find that some things have changed but most of the what I appreciated years ago, are still in practice. Speaking of religious beliefs and point of view. I am happy with my experience today. I will return. Gateway has saved 1000's of lives and regardless of failures in one person or another, the church has proven to me its bigger to the community than one person. Keep going Gateway. Your on the right track.

  one of the most beautiful Christmas Candlelight Services we ever attended. we were grateful for the focus on Jesus and the message of the season -- a loving God whose desire is to be near his people. also not sure which of Jesus' miracles they put in the free hot cocoa they were serving in the lobby, but it was some of the most delicious and creamiest hot cocoa we ever had. thank you to our Gateway family for always making the church a warm and welcoming place to be, especially during Christmas time.

  Love our church body! If you have not experienced a Gateway service come on by. We are a multicultural church with an amazing worship team that really engages you in the Word. Any stage in life is welcome and there is a group for you to join and build community.

  I have been going to this church for so long now and am pleased to call it my home. This church pours into the youth, making it an amazing place for fellowship and teaching. Worship is one of the best from a church I've ever seen. Love this church!

  We've are new residents to the area and have attended the church service at the Frisco campus and have been watching at home online. We absolutely love this church, the people and most importantly to us, we feel that we can relate to the sermons. How the sermons are delivered, whether it's via a projector, online or in person, are touching, moving and very well done. The live music is great. The people are genuine. The kids area is wonderful and our children love it. We are very blessed to have found Gateway and my wife and I feel closer to God than ever before because of Gateway. It's been life changing to be part of Gateway.

  I have never had a bad experience at this church. This is my home church and love everything about it. I travel from lewisville to go to this church. We have mega churches in Lewisville but this one is mine. Always friendly experiences here.

  Most of the people are nice. I worked and attended here. They are definitely all about people. They say that everywhere. It’s true. I wish they were more about Jesus though. They care about filling seats and once you’re in, well… don’t ask for help or ministry for yourself. You won’t get it. The church is to take care of one another, but you won’t find it here. I miss the times when there were actual MEN in the church that would step up and help people who needed it. People who cared if you were struggling and would really take time to minister to you and make sure you’re okay. You’re not allowed to fully express yourself in worship. If they are embarrassed by or find your worship style to be keeping people from filling seats, they will tell you to stop. Even if it’s just simple sign language. Sad. It’s more of a business than a real church. I don’t believe that how it started, but unfortunately that’s how it gets when money and filling seats is top priority.

  Everyone here is welcoming and friendly. Have a curious interest, need a friendly environment or do you need a deep dive? It's all here, and everything in between. Any age, any background, there's something here for all.
