Genuine welcoming, warm and caring church community. The atmosphere was uplifting, the worship was Spirit led & inspiring, and the message was meaningfully taught from the Bible. Fredericksburg UMC is the most welcoming church! There are so many activities and opportunities for people and families of all ages and demographics. Fredericksburg UMC cares for and gives to the community in so many ways. I can't say enough good things about the pastors, staff, and the folks who who connect with this church. For anyone looking for a church home or a way to connect with the community, I highly recommend you visit Fredericksburg UMC and attend any of the numerous activities of the church.

Fredericksburg United Methodist Church is truly the most welcoming, supportive and friendly church I have ever been a member of. I have been a Methodist all of my life and I have never experienced the feeling of love and support that I have experienced here.

My family and I found black mold in our home and my 2 kids and I were getting sick so we had to stay in a hotel and it was a hardship so we didn't have the money at the time and they paid for us almost 5 days at the hotel we are so appreciative that they were willing to help us, kind and prompt. May God bless them 100 fold!!

We don't attend this church but do visit it regularly for the Fredericksburg Music Club performances. Beautiful space! Hoping hear the pipe organ some day, it looks phenomenal!

Recently, the church has changed it's way of reaching people, and it's definitely for the better. You really want to "Make this place your home" as the church's new slogan says. It's a place not to feel judged, and feel like you're family. There's plenty of ways to be involved wether you're single, married, or a family with kids.
