Friendly church with an active youth and children's program. Some traditional, some contemporary worship music. Good preaching and lots of opportunities to get involved. Beautiful facilities less than a mile from the lake. I love the Easter sunrise service and this year we are having a live nativity on the 6+ acre grounds.

Im not a church goer but I will contribute my 2 cents. This church located near lake whitney. My boat trailer axle with boat on it came off partially and we were stranded on the side of the road. We manage to drag the trailer to the church paking lot. As I worried it being towed off, this man drove up to us. Thinking oh oh. He'll tell me to get it out of here. He saw my predicament. I responded with my concern the preacher might have me towed. He responded with handing me his card and saying if this preacher gives you any problems call me. I'll straighten him out. He smiled and drove off. I looked at the card and saw he was the church pasture. I'm still not a church goer but I never forgot that moment. I keep them in my prayers. Kindness carries a long way. That was in 2008.

Very friendly; lots of children and tennagers, many of them involved in the worship. The new interim pastor preached a great sermon!
