Love this church. The building is beautiful. The music and service is God-honoring. Truly a taste of heaven. Messages by Pastor Chip are always encouraging and Biblical. Our children enjoy the children's sermon. The people are all so friendly!

My husband, kids, and I started attending First Pres in 2019, and joined a few months later. It feels like home to us and we quickly became close to the other members. First Pres is truly a church family!

As a relative newcomer to the coastal bend I discovered this church and ended up joining it a bit later. Believe it is the best kept secret in town. The real find is the gifted multidimensional pastor, Chip Blackshear, whose Sunday messages truly ignite that spark of God within you.
