First Methodist Church El Campo is where we chose to bring our family to when we moved back to our home town several years ago. We had bit attended church on a regular basis for several years. FMC - EC welcomed us back into church with open arms! El Campo is a special place to raise a family and Pastor Richard Slaughter does a wonderful job making all families feel welcome. His youth program is building disciples and getting our children involved back into church and fellowship where we all know they belong. With our recent transition to affiliate with the new Global Methodist Church movement, these are exciting times to be at FMC-EC! Come pay us a visit and bring your family. You’ll be happy you did!

We joined FMC El Campo a few years ago after our home church closed. We enjoy attending and think the new pastor is doing a wonderful job. We are involved in outreach such as Manna Meals, quilt ministry, Caring Angels, and being on various church committees. Praise the Lord for a wonderful place to worship.

Keri and I chose El Campo because it is a great place to raise a family. The first people to invite us to church when we moved here were Methodists. It is a family friendly, welcoming town and congregation. Since our first visit in 1992, we have been very Blessed to be a part of First Methodist Church, El Campo.

FUMC El Campo has been my church since I was baptized as a child. My parents were married there, daughter baptized, father's life celebrated, and now my sister's wedding was there. It's been a great place to grow up and support. Even when we moved away, it remained our church home.
