Because of your response to my question, upped stars from 3 to 4. Hope to visit soon. Have gone to the Global Methodist in Dallas. Felt at home, but a ways south for me.

  Attended the GMC MidTexas Conference Annual Awakening this past week here. As lay delegates to the conference, it was my wife's and my first time visiting this church. The entire staff and team of volunteers from the church did a fantastic job hosting this large event, and all the hard work was deeply appreciated. As our church (Coker Methodist in San Antonio) hosted last year's conference, we fully understand how much work it takes to put on a multi-day event for hundreds of attendees. We had a great time in Frisco and look forward to returning the favor 2 years from now!

  Every single person I come in contact with is so friendly and happy. I've always thought this church was so beautiful inside especially during Christmas. I love how they dim the lights during service keeping the peaceful feeling from start to finish. My only small complaint is the young children that talk and make unnecessary noise during the sermon. This is absolutely the parent's fault not the church. I would like to focus on the sermon rather than listening to a small child talking and playing with their toys during the service, it's disrespectful to other adults.

  This church community is an incredible God family!! I love each and every kid and adult I've had the privilege to serve with and I can assure with confidence that any first-time visitor will feel welcomed and encouraged in their faith.

  Visited today 4/27/25 came in the farthest from the right door met a senior gentleman with a greeting and fist bump wow nice explained good things, went back out and drove around to the right door. As i approached the door the lady greeter at the door said come in I'm just visiting with them (people she knew). Went in stood there no one came to me and said hi or is this your first time visiting. Seemed they had their little clicks and didnt care about the welcoming of a new visiter. No one approached me for my visit and gave me any opportunity to maybe this is my welcome to come back. The band was huge and good but need more fire. The sermon was so so understand the confirmands and baptism but that was the pastors attention the congregation got no or little attention for being in support of the young to become upcoming leaders. Looking for a new home church but this church will definitely not be the one I will come back too. Such a disappointment.....need to regroup and have a better approach to gain new parishioners.

  We have been attending First Frisco Global Methodist Church since 2013. We were immediately impressed by the warmth and kindness of the congregation. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and appreciated. The church offers 2 services and a wide variety of programs for people of all ages, interests, and backgrounds. The worship service is uplifting and meaningful. The music is beautiful, and the sermons are Bible-based and thought-provoking. The pastors, staff, and volunteers put a lot of care and effort into creating a worship experience that is both meaningful and enjoyable. We are part of an active Sunday school class (JetSet). We enjoy relevant Bible lessons, interesting discussions, and social events. But JetSet is more than just a class - it's a close-knit community that shares a common goal of living a fulfilling and joyful Christian lifestyle. We have been blessed to form close relationships with our fellow members, who have become lifelong friends. Their support and encouragement have been a source of comfort and strength through life's ups and downs. Overall, we would highly recommend First Frisco Global Methodist Church to anyone looking for a welcoming community that is committed to making disciples of Jesus Christ.

  There is no better place in Frisco for a traditional service. Also, I think the senior pastor is a descendant of John Wesley himself! Kidding aside,...great hymns, great sermons, and you WILL hear the Word of God! All praise and glory be His!

  This church Is so fun and it makes you feel a more strong connection with god. They have a nine to eleven service. Also Sunday school where kids can get along and make many friends along the way of getting stronger with god. I would recommend going to the church cause the community is so good here at First Frisco Global Methodist Church.
