2008, hurricane Ike, I was evacuated here from Beaumont Texas Adam’s house. I can’t remember the ladies name who’s family owned this church but they took us in for 6 days we had no power and lived in this church rode out the storm until we were moved to another facility. Thanks to these people who welcomed us and brought us food and necessities. What a life experience
