  This is an amazing church to go to! They have a ton of children's and adult ministries. I love that they do Awana clubs. They have this amazing experience that they do every Christmas call the journey to Bethlehem is athlehem which is something everybody needs to see. There is an amazing church family here and we hope hope that you come and visit soon!

  I went to this church this past Sunday by myself with my 4 kids and kids went to their own classes and I went to sunday school class than a big church service I just cried as I was surrounded by strangers feeling still so alone. A lady named kitty came up to me and sat with me asked if I was okay .& invited me to sit with her and her family I told her I was okay just a bit overwhelmed. She went back to her seat She came back again and said she and sat with me . I will definitely be back .

  Sermon was excellent. Music was more like a concert than worship. Few people in audience seemed to know the songs. We were visitors, yet not a single person spoke to us, smiled or shook our hand. Like we were invisible. Again...the sermon was very good.

  This church is alive, when people meet to pray Jesus is there in our mist just as he promises. We are seeking to know Christ better through his word. You can find a small Bible study group and get to know people. God has changed my life all glory and honor are his alone.

  It way great,up lifting real friendly people and the pastor message was full feeling, it brought memories of what my mother taught me. And the building was spacious clean and beautiful, come visit you will love it too.

  I am not a religious person more spiritual since I started to believe in God and his angels, I have often wondered why a preacher needs a jet, 44 room mansion and 25 sports cars or is always asking for money when I am poor myself. The church is beautiful and the people that go to that church are very beautiful too from inside, my son Ryder who is special needs not bad but enough for him to know started playing flag football I was a little hesitant but wow I was very impressed and surprised on how it was ran Michael the head of sports program was funny very knowledgeable he was a dad... Ryder's coaches Jeff and Rick were awesome they took a boy who knew very little and transformed him into to a very excited young man who played so good it made me cry. So even though I have not been to a service yet I would highly recommend FBCA to anyone who asked, and I myself will be coming to services soon..

  I've gone to this church almost my whole life. My whole family goes. When I started dating my now husband, we tried churches in the area and even a few outside of Azle. He grew up going to Assembly of God and we were looking for something to fill and satisfy both of us. The church carries traditional Baptist practices and the spirit is alive and well within the people. They have a very talented music worship leader, Roxanne and the pastor, Bro. Lee Sipe, is very well educated and leads the church with great love and compassion. His wife Cherry is so warm and welcoming no matter who you are or how involved you are. She always greets with a smile and open arms. The youth leader, Chris keeps our teens focused on positive activities with God and worship being the center. The children's department is thriving as well. Robin does a fantastic job of organizing activities and studies to grow these young minds in Christ. Absolutely one of the most diverse body of people in Azle. When looking for a church, keep in mind, we don't get right with God before we go, we go and the holy spirit fills us and changes us. Come check it out!!!
