  Absolutely wonderful experience. I grew up in the church, and loved it. I attended a Christian university and studied the Bible. I've read the Bible, cover to cover, more than once. I know my scriptures, so I've always thought - I know the Bible better than most, so I'm good. Well, I was reminded recently, you know who else "knows" the Bible better than all? Satan. So I had to get that thinking out of my head. As an adult, being in law enforcement in the past, I have made some life mistakes over the years, and have actually been shunned by some churches when they got to know my past. This church... The pastor said in his sermon the first time I went, "if you feel like you don't belong here... You belong here". And you can tell they mean it. Both my teenage daughters are very active in the youth group, and there's nothing better than seeing your child worship the Lord. I'm so glad my DAUGHTERS, of all people, convinced me to go visit this church. I'm actually excited for Sunday mornings to come again, and that's a wonderful feeling to feel again. You can buy kolaches in their Cafe before services too! I mean... come on... Great fellowship, and a sausage kolache? I'm pretty sure that's what Heaven is gonna be like. I'm a huge believer in "using the talents God gave you", so my entire family has jumped in and offered to volunteer in several areas. I actually will be learning the sound board during the service this coming Sunday. Both my daughters will be helping with VBS in a couple weeks. Just my personal opinion, but if you just go to church just to get something out it, without giving something back (and that means monetarily, and volunteering), you're not really getting everything you possibly can out of it. Come visit us, or go visit them (I don't think I've been there long enough to say "come see us" yet), I feel comfortable in saying - I promise you won't regret it.

  My neighbor mentioned to me about his church. I said will try it. I felt the love and joy from people made me feel special as if I belong thier, I started to bring my family. I feel bless to attn. And also to fine God

  My experience with FLC has been great. I love the children programs. The pastor and co-pastor are amazing. These people always make you feel like you are welcomed inside to worship with them. Never have I felt anyone looking down on me or others for perhaps not dressing as fancy as another. After all, we have been called to worship the Lord, not see who is the best dressed for the other people attending. A great church to attend when you have children. A great church to attend when don't have children also.

  I’ve been going to FLC for a few months now, and it truly is such a welcoming church!!! My kids love going to IKids, their service for kids. Pastor Craig & Sandy are amazing, and I truly feel touched by their preaching. I’m always greeted with smiling faces when my family & I walk in. You truly will feel welcome & at home if you’re looking for a church home!

  Last night my close friends and I went to see The Gronch. It was fantastic!!! Cast did a wonderful job and the set was done very nicely. The message of the true Spirit of Christmas was given in a very cute and cleaver way. I've been a visitor several times and I've always enjoyed the messages Pastor Craig delivers. May God bless each and everyone of the members and staff of this welcoming place of Worship.

  From the moment you visit til you leave, it feels like family and home. Pastor Craig & Sandy are so friendly and always have time for a talk. They have great programs for everyone in the family. You'll want to make this your home church.

  i’m not naming any names in these next few moments. there is a church i used to go to that was always there for me. they always listened to me and helped me and i trusted this church with everything. i’ve never been able to find a good church. i’ve gone from church to church since moving out here. but recently rumors have been going out about me and my family. these said rumors started at this church and has recently been brought to mine and my mom’s attention. my mom simply said that she feels i’m being bullied in this case once again due to my past with other bullies. We ended it with just that. i communicated with someone at the church saying i would step down from playing in the worship team and not come as much on wednesday but i would still like to go to events and church camp as it is my last year ever to go. this quickly turned on me. j was told i can not go cause “they are worried about the bullying.” In most cases i would understand but in this case i see favoritism. they said they are very much against bullying yet i have to stay home while this “bully” gets to go to camp. for me and my mom, we both agree this is unfair. i have been apart of this church almost four years now. i have played drums, done fundraisers, helped a lot with people, and cleaned a lot before the new leaders came. i was sad when i heard the old leaders were leaving but i grew very close with the new ones. i trusted them so so so much. but i don’t know about that anymore. i feel hurt and betrayed. last year a few people got to go and the leaders knew about the same thing they have that is suspected with me. so what did i do? even if this rumor was true this is very wrong. my mom got in contact with the main pastor and had a talk with him. she then goes to say he was very rude and didn’t let her talk and said she was in the wrong the whole call. we just wanted to figure out why this is happening but it made things worse on our ends. he goes to say nobody gets 100% good care in the church and that if my mom were to go to the church more then things would’ve gone better. this was disgusting to hear that a pastor would say this stuff to my mom. this is where we leave off. i’m sorry but i’ve lost trust in churches i’ve lost trust in these people and they hurt me more then i would’ve ever seen happen. i didn’t do anything to them but i get this kind of hate. a sin is a sin. and how they treated me was ungodly. i have always wanted to grow up in a church and one day bring my kids to said church and have them grow up in a great community of people and i always thought this was the church. i suppose i was wrong.

  This is a horrible place! While pretending to enrich the community and assist those in emergency need, they instead turn away there fellows in Christ while in a crisis. Now I can understand having a bad day and can appreciate that everyone has moments where they do the selfish thing instead of the selfless. However as a church they hold the responsibility of being a beacon of light during Dark Times. What happened to Good Samaritan ism? While traveling I lost my wallet and I I have spent the last 3 days sleeping at a Walmart store when one of the members of this church told me that they would be able to help me. They did nothing but turn me away and the receptionist even rudely suggested I beg McDonald's for a job. Keep in mind I am from Michigan and was traveling 2 San Antonio when this happened so working or staying here at all for a prolonged period is not an option. Even the pastor refuses to help a desperate soul. My only desire is that they eventually read my review and comments and maybe think twice the next time somebody in A desperate need walks through the door. I'll survive it's fine. But I'm not the one qualified to judge hypocrisy... but the boss is watching.

  I love this place. Pastor Craig Taylor makes his cermons so relatable and quite funny, at times. They always have events going on, and they help out the community around them constantly. I'd recommend everyone giving it a visit.

  I spoke to a secretary(first name-Tina)at this church from 1200 miles away(I’m in Dayton Ohio), and was truely blessed by her spiritual maturity in Christ). I had concerns for my father(who has health conditions)and who lives in Richwood Texas, and she gave me some ideas that I feel will help. Goes to show you that help can come from halfway across the country. Thanks Sister Tina

  Have only been once on last Sunday but enjoyed the atmosphere & Pastor. Will be going back for Wednesday evening service. They all seemed to really care from all the members.
