  Most amazing worship place to really feel the holy spirit. My new safe haven. Really love the singing & worship and the people are so amazing. Really Feel It Here . If you feel lost are maybe something missing you need to come visit. Void will be gone..

  The greeters make me feel good when I enter Encounter Church, Orange. The people are wonderful and truly care about you. I feel the presence of the Lord during praise and worship and sermons. I love being a member of this church.

  My family and I had been looking for a church home for some time before we were led to Encounter by a chance meeting with a passionate church member at Central Mall. He suggested we visit and we did and Encounter was home from the moment I stepped into God's presence there. Encounter is about loving God's people through serving and giving. Everybody is welcome. We want all to come and experience what God is doing! The worship team is amazing and the Holy Spirit is alive and moving through them and through our incredible team of pastors.

  So, today I visited Encounter for the first time after being asked several times to go. I'm not a Christian anymore, but was hopeful that I would like Encounter. I wanted to like it, but walked away pretty disappointed. While the worship team was incredibly talented, I felt that I was at a concert. The lights were SO distracting that I couldn't focus on anything. It was no different than the metal concerts I go to. It was all very flashy. I was also disappointed that no one said hi to me or reached out to me in any capacity while I was there.

  You will love this church and the people inside. The best Praise & Worship service I have ever experienced. I have felt the presence of Jesus Christ each Sunday and look forward to hear the word from Brent and Terri every week.

  We love this church, however, I feel the worship is being lost. It feels more like a rock concert rather than true spiritual, intimate worship. Many people need to wear earplugs or take medicine to cope with the worship. They are on point about wanting to worship God, but, maybe they could dial it back so people can really connect with God. God wants, and deserves our best, but that doesnt necessarily mean our loudes . Worship should be an intimate time with God. Not a rock concert.

  I’ve been attending this church since my church is still virtual due to COVID and I thoroughly enjoy the service. The worship team sings beautiful, Pastor Brent teaches on a level for all to understand and there is always something to be involved in.

  Pastor Brent has the best sermons that are concise, easily understandable, relevant for what is happening today and what needs to be heard by the church. There used to be a preacher on TV that had a show called "Coffee With Pastor Dabney".... well every service I have coffee with Pastor Brent and I just love that we can enjoy a cup of coffee while getting the word. This is a place of love and acceptance that also preaches the truth in love. You might find a nicely dressed couple in a suite or someone sporting a colored mohawk, but if you come in your jeans and a t-shirt, casual dress or dressed up you will fit right in. What I love the most is that Pastor Brent does not put God in a box but lets Him control the service when God is moving.

  Great preaching! Huge church with lots of events to attend. It’s a Great place for kids with huge classrooms and play areas. It’s worth a visit!
