I wish I could do less than 1 star. These signs are all over our neighborhood. Don't push your church or religion on people. You are littering. All these signs are going straight to the trash. They are hideous. I asked my neighbors and they also hate them. We will all be calling and leaving negative reviews until these are removed.

In my personal experience, this church presents itself as “international,” but the culture inside feels judgmental, performative, and disconnected from the actual teachings of Christ. I repeatedly witnessed people pray and then immediately judge or dismiss those in need, which felt deeply hypocritical. Anyone who defends or opposes criticism of this church often appears to be operating under the same conditioning as the leadership—pretending to be something they are not, while never questioning what they’ve been taught. There is little room for discernment, accountability, or truth, only blind loyalty and surface-level spirituality. The leadership does not prioritize building healthy, God-centered families. There is no consistent teaching on unity, marriage, or nurturing strong households. Instead, sermons are rooted in fear and control, while constantly emphasizing money, success, and riches—things God never promised His people. This prosperity-focused message has been preached for years, yet the church itself remains stagnant. Promises made to the congregation are never fulfilled. A youth center was promised and never built. Growth was promised, yet the church has struggled to grow since its beginning. Even the physical church reflects stagnation, mirroring the lack of spiritual development within the congregation. Over time, I witnessed alarming patterns: high divorce rates, infidelity, broken families, and children growing up emotionally neglected within the church environment—many of whom later turn to the world seeking the love, support, and attention they never received here. When serious or ungodly issues arise, they are often hidden or swept under the rug so worship can continue in ignorance rather than truth. I also witnessed inappropriate and harmful discipline toward children in classrooms meant to teach God’s love. This church damaged my spiritual life rather than nurturing it. You will not find spiritual growth here—only false hope in a community that does not truly support individuals or families. This is a stagnant church, and you will not grow here. You have been warned.

I called 3 times this week. Left 1 message. No one answers the phone. Are they screening the phone calls? Sent 1 email on Monday. No response either. I just wanted to ask a simple question for a Saturday event. Geez.

An outstanding black church,the choristers are awesome ...no matter the songs they sing be it African or American,it will be as good as the original.They are also a welcoming and organized church. Got a vibrant children’s church for kids and Youth too. Powerful ministers that are grounded in the Word of God and Gospel ministry. A phenomenal sanctuary to worship,pray and grow as a disciple.

All praises to the Most High! I’m sharing this review and testimony because God’s people are being misled, and I feel it's important to speak up. It’s easy to testify in church, where everyone already has some idea of how good God is, but this review is for those who are seeking Him and don’t know where to turn. As many churches as I’ve joined and left, I’ve never seen the body of Christ turn from God at the rate we’re seeing now. I couldn’t take anymore prosperity preaching because I knew my life wasn’t right. These churches prosperity preached me to a point of confusion. I was asking God “where were my good things?” Joining this church taught me that if God woke you up that morning that in itself was your good thing. If you’re looking for a church home that is chasing after God with everything they’ve got—not trying to please the congregation or put on a show—then this is the place for you! I came to this church thinking I was a “baby Christian,” but honestly, I can’t even call myself that. I thought I knew God, but the truth is, I really didn’t. I’d leave church feeling convicted and empowered at the same time because the Word is revealed—just the Word. I was raised in a Christian home, going to church Sunday through Saturday, and though I had a lot of experience in church, I didn’t realize I wasn’t actually walking with God. I was just going through the motions, pretending to be a Christian, but not living the true life of one. Joining this church completely changed my perspective. It helped me see what true Christianity is all about and showed me the right path to Jesus. For anyone out there truly seeking God, this is the church for you. They preach straight from the Bible, not their own opinions, and they let the Word speak for itself. There’s no performance here, no fluff—just the real thing. It’s refreshing to be part of a church that’s serious about their mission and committed to living out God’s Word. I mention that I’m a born and raised American because some might feel out of place or discouraged, but don’t let that hold you back from receiving the Good Word. We are all working pieces of God, and no matter where we come from, we need good shepherds to guide us. This church is exactly that—shepherds who are leading us toward Jesus. To God be the glory! I pray this review reaches those who are truly seeking Him and know deep down they need a Father who will never leave nor forsake them. P.S. Don’t let circumstances or situations discourage your walk. Remember, the people in church aren’t Jesus Himself. Have grace and pray through it. Keep going!

I love a lot of things about DIC and 3 things that make it an extraordinary Church are: they’re strongly grounded on the Word of God, highly focused on the Power of Prayer and exceptional Worship. Three years ago i was invited to church when visiting a friend in Houston. She knew i did not want to miss a chance to go to church on Sunday and told me that this was great church to go to. Now we got there just as it started, which was bad. However i will tell you as I live out of state that I was not sure what to expect. The ushers welcomed me as i was their family with hugs and welcomes and ushered us in. They ushers alone were something within themselves. Their professionalism and perfectly orchestrated actions meant that no seat was left open and we got the last two seat, front and center. But before that as they opened the doors to the congregation, a sense and feeling of something pushing me in my chest, grabbing hold and pulling me in was amazing. I know everyone was singing, but i had never at that time felt such a feeling of acceptance, loving, and belonging. (I say that because of the over 1000 people there, im guessing, i was the only white person there but was never treated any differently) years ago i would have loved to been a member of your church and if a spin off of your church comes to Phoenix, then maybe i will have that chance. Thank you for your wisdom, passion, and the desire to enrich others through Gods Love and Grace.
