Been attending Divine Peace for just over a year. I grew up WELS in Wisconsin and have been to dozens of synod churches. It's kinda a quip but the worst part about this church body is how loud the kids can get. But that's actually a good thing as it shows the church is thriving and growing. Young couples are attending and have their kids in church and learning the word and truth. Everyone is super friendly and will talk to you. Pastor Gunnar is very attentive and reaches out to make sure things are good if you've been away for a bit without notice. I don't know how many other churches in the area that know you by name and not a number. Hope to see you next Sunday!

Felt like a genuine church if that makes sense. I didn't feel like someone put into a system. The people made we feel like they wanted me there and the pastor gave me his number and offered to talk about the Bible when it worked for me. Preach and teaching was good to. They really do open up God's word and let God talk. Less fluff more in depth content.

We love Divine Peace! It is a Bible and family centered, Christian church. It's multigenerational congregation makes us feel at home. I love that it's right in the center of Rockwall. It reminds us of a time when everyone gathered together to worship as a community under the same roof. Pastor Gunnar takes the time to get to know everyone and teaches the exact Word of God. If your looking for a church that still has that small town atmosphere , then look no further.

Awesome church and I love the location. Everyone knows your name and it's awesome how involved they are with the community. Their focus is on Christ and your salvation. Great online presence too, especially if you want to see what a service is like.

This church is my family, I have met so many amazing people here over the years. We have multiple different small group Bible studies and many flexible opportunities to serve each other in faith.

Friendly and inviting church with an incredible ministry team and pastor, focusing on God's Word and it's meaning in our lives. If you want to learn about God, but don't know where to start or what to do, this church is for you!

Adorable little church that has gone out of their way to be part of their community. Sweet place for a small wedding and reception with a huge kitchen and cozy outdoor patio with fire place.
